I want to say thank you and I appreciate the help of Clarence! I went just 5 minutes ago to ask if they fix eyeglasses even if it was not from them. He gladly took a look at my eyeglasses and without hesitation fixed them with no charge! The fit is actually better than before! This is the kind of service that stand out. Lost my glasses recently and called to arrange eye exam asap they were able to accomodate me same day, the optometrist who did my exam was so through and i trust my new pair are going to aid me and improve my quality of life . The manager assisted me during finding the same pair of frames that I will only wear and ordered them with my prescription, they really do go above and beyond here 💯 I appreciate the welcoming atmosphere. I am looking forward to my new pair to be ready to pickup 💞 thank you for such a good experience and answering all my questions.

Everyone there is so nice and knowledgeable the doctor is great. I felt so comfortable in the exam I've never had one that good thank you to all that worked there they're all great and I'm going to keep going there I'm not going to go cheat on them again! I had gone to another eye place and I had to take my glasses back nine times to get them readjusted finally I just gave up and went back to Pearle vision.

I had a fall and my new glasses were broke. Michelle, in Kildonan Place in Winnipeg was so helpful and pleasant. I have dealt with her before and find her so helpful and I always have great service there and feel like they truly want to make sure you are happy with your visit and the service provided. Keeps me coming back!

I have been dealing with the Kildonan Place Pearl Vision for a few years. The store is always well stocked, clean, and has enough staff members working to keep the service at a high level. For two years in a row, I had Clarence for sales. He has a very easy going approach. He showed me new products that were popular, and also a good value based on the quality. He always takes accurate measurements, to ensure the glasses are made correctly. On the day I picked the two pairs of prescription sunglasses up, Michelle helped me out. I like dealing with her as well. She is very customer focused, and in a casual and natural way. She is very good with her adjustments. I seem to have a head shape that requires some "finesse" to get my glasses comfortable. She seems to know the correct points of contact on me, to her them fitting very well. The convenience, and service at this Pearl Vision will keep me coming back. Its always an easy experience getting my glasses.

This place has an amazing selection of beautiful glasses I just couldn't find anywhere else! Awesome selection, good prices and the staff are so caring and helpful. Thank you Oakley Optical for always giving me a great experience !

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Heidi, and she provided truly top-notch customer service. She sat down with me and took the time to thoroughly explain every single option available for my lenses, making sure I understood the benefits of each. When it came to the "business" side of things, she was refreshingly straightforward, reviewing all pricing and promotions with total transparency so there were no surprises. Heidi also has a fantastic eye for style—she helped me choose the best-looking pair of glasses possible! Speaking of selection, I was blown away by the variety of frames they had to choose from; there is truly something for everyone. I was at Pearle Vision to pick out glasses, and I was greeted by Vanessa who was excellent from beginning to end, she made me feel seen, and heard. She took her time with me, and was very patient. Excellent customer service.
