I left my clear glasses on my flowered bedspread and then accidentally sat on them.I walked in and Neha was absolutely lovely with me. I had not purchased my glasses there but she said she would try to fix them ..which she did and would not take any payment. She was professional and so helpful, a credit to your organization. I'm still wearing the glasses and I thank you a thousand times Neha, you saved the day.

Dr Anik Patel is unprofessional, he needs to keep small talk to Weather and not ask questions about my immigration status and where I work.Regarding the eye exam he checked the prescription and the eye health which any other doctor could have done. I would not recommend him.

I walked in an hour before close on a Sunday evening, with broken glasses. I was greeted by Reshma who not only offered to help me temporarily repair the broken frames - but thought about finding a pair in the store that fit my lenses. After searching her stock she found the perfect pair - popped my lenses in, and I had a brand new pair of frames with my existing lenses. I was thrilled! In and out of that store with repaired (new) glasses in 30 mins. She was calm and solved my issue with ease. Thank you so much Reshma! I appreciate you :)
