I had a great experience at Pearle Vision while purchasing my glasses. The store had a nice selection of frames, and the process was smooth and well-organized. A special thanks to Reshma, who was extremely helpful and patient. She understood my needs, helped me choose the right frames, and explained the lens options clearly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service at Pearle Vision – Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket My wife and I recently visited Pearle Vision at Upper Canada Mall in Newmarket, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife had an appointment for her eye examination, and I went along to order my Oakley Meta glasses. During our visit, my wife also decided to take advantage of the available offers and ordered two pairs of glasses. I would especially like to recognize Reshma Shibu, Optometric Assistant, for her exceptional customer service. She was absolutely amazing! She helped us from the very beginning until we were completely satisfied with our choices. We spent almost 1–1.5 hours there because there was such a great selection, and Reshma was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. What impressed us the most was that she genuinely listened to what we wanted, gave us her honest opinions, suggested options that suited us, and made sure everything stayed within our budget. She never made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices. I have visited several optical stores before, but I have never experienced this level of welcoming and personalized customer service. It was clear that Reshma genuinely cared about helping us rather than simply making a sale. Reshma was very helpful, I needed lenses replaced on my glasses and didn't have the right size screw driver, she was more than happy to quickly swap my lenses and send me on my way, no charge. Can't beat that service! Thanks again Reshma!
