HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Honestly, the staff here are the kindest, nicest and helpful bunch you could ever ask for! They are so attentive to your needs or if you need help or assistance without feeling like they are breathing down your back trying to sell you something. The selection and styles of glasses is just as amazing as the staff, from affordable to designer glasses. I don’t think I’ve ever walked in and not been greeted by a hello and a smile within the first 5 seconds. I am a very picky person who needs to go look at options at least 3 different times and try on 100s of different pairs before I can make my mind up and they never once showed any annoyance, even when I end up choosing the first pairs I tried on in the end. I can’t recommend this place enough because it is the wonderful staff who truly make it a great and fun experience to shop for glasses. Even when you go to get them adjusted for free when the fit needs a tune up, you still get the same great treatment as when shopping to purchase a pair.

Valerie provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, she went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. She took the time to help me choose the perfect frames, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and even helped coordinate my appointment with the doctor to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. When it came time to pick up my glasses, Valerie once again exceeded my expectations. She made sure everything fit properly, explained everything clearly, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my new glasses. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding customer service were evident throughout the entire experience. Absolutely fantastic service at the Northgate location of Pearl Vision. The store manager took care of my 16 year old with very poor vision and her entourage of 4 lol He was very knowledgeable, was kind and professional with everyone. He had great eye for what suited her best. He was patient as we were not very quick. He also ensured I had the best deal for the best product possible as her glasses are generally very expensive. They were able to bill my insurance on the spot which was a relief to the back to school budget! Very satisfied with our visit today. Not to mention a large selection of great styles and brands of frames, with a great warranty for something used every single day.

This is the first time after many years of purchasing the protection plan that I’ve had to use it. I was very pleasantly surprised at the small amount I owed after having to get new frames and lenses. Definitely well worth the money. Staff is always pleasant and professional.

I was welcomed into the store, and after explaining that I was there to pick out a pair of eyeglass frames to get my new prescription, I was shown the section where ODSP covered all the expenses of frames and lenses. The sales associate who had welcomed me stayed around to help me choose a pair that looked nice on me. This was very helpful since my husband was doing other shopping in the mall at the time. Together, we narrowed it down to the pair I was happy with, and then I was further told that I could get progressive lenses that would not show lines between my trifocals. I am delighted with my choice and the fitting is now so high-tech that they now take a photo and all measurements are computed. Fantastic! I now have to wait three weeks and return to pick up my new glasses. Thank you Pearle Vision!!

Came in with a broken pair of glasses and was looking to purchase a new pair on the spot to pop in my old lens into the new glasses ($260+) . However, the representative educated me and told me a local Glasses shop can likely fix it at a much lower cost (which they did)! The store could have told me they were non-repairable to get a quick sale out of me... but he was honest. True altruism. I appreciate it deeply.

Had my eye exam at Walmart, but came to Pearle Vision to purchase my new glasses because of the large selection. The service here was probably the best service I've ever gotten, period. The staff were so relaxed! I typically get very anxious, but I immediately felt comfortable with the woman who served me. I wish I had caught her name! She made sure to be very thorough and transparent in her explanations to me, to ensure that I would be making the most informed decision possible. Absolutely loved her. The optician then came over to take measurements, and while I could tell she was busy, she was still friendly and I could tell it was genuine. I can't stop raving about my experience. I'll definitely be doing my next exam with them.
