I took my elderly father to Dr. Aranha and he said it was the best optometrist visit he ever had. She was very thorough and took the time to show him photos of his eyes and explain everything thoroughly.

I had an eye emergency and Pearle Vision went above and beyond. Even though they were fully booked, they managed to fit me in when other places wouldn’t even consider it. The doctor was incredibly patient, friendly, and thorough, and the staff were just as amazing. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so positive I had to share. Truly outstanding care. I highly recommend them!

Excellent quick service and to add to it they do direct billing with insurance benefits coverage. I 100% recommend this store location. Today I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses with perscription. I will be a repeat customer in the future.

What excellent service I received from John Bergen on Sep 16th. I wanted to get a new pair of glasses for my 102 year old mother and I went to Pearle Vision at Carlingwood Mall to see if they could help me out as my mother cannot go out anymore due to her age and fractured vertebrae. John looked up my mother’s file from 2016 saw her frame and used his knowledge and experience to choose a frame yo fit my mother face without seeing her in person and I bought a pair of distance glasses. I picked them up and he had put her name on the arm and case and guess what they fit her face and family & I were so pleased she has new glasses with an updated prescription and they fit her head! I’d like to signal out your employee for service above and beyond the regular and I thank him so much as he provided me a solution that worked well for my mother!
