Tori at the Charlotte Street location in Peterborough was fantastic. She was very friendly and extremely helpful while I was trying to choose my new glasses.

The staff are patient and kind! Last time I went because my glasses broke in half and I needed new ones quickly, they were able to help me make the process fast! I am always happy with my lenses and frames!

Jessica greeted me and my daughter by name as we have both bought our glasses there before. She is ever so friendly and helpful. Another lady there too was helpful in helping my daughter find frames.
