We first visited John at Pearle vision when my daughter needed glasses. We wanted to order specialty nano-vista glasses that are unbreakable. They were able to get these glasses for my daughter and include transitions lenses for a very reasonable price. Their service is excellent and really show they care about their clients. We have since returned to use them for upgraded lens for myself and my daughter and continue to be extremely pleased. They have always been pleasant and professional. I would also like to say that Queenie was a pleasure to deal with. They always make time to help and get us in and out quickly with excellent results. I enjoy coming to them and will continue in the future. They have a wonderful selection of frames at great prices.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable couple that helped me choose my sunglasses. They even took the initiative to offer to tighten and clean my older sunglasses that I had on me (no charge). They do direct billing with insurance and are easy to work with. They walked me through step-by-step (I didn't get their names, but they are lovely people). Recommended.

Excellent service and quality product and fitting by Manager/Owner, John Chan. We have been dealing with the store for 15 or more years or so. There is outstanding customer service and we do not see any reason to go anywhere else for the price and product.
