After having a terrible experience at that lame mall glasses store that shall remain nameless, walking into Pearle Vision was a breath of fresh air. Staff were so helpful, so kind, so friendly, never tried to upsell or gauge all of my benefits, I will strictly be going to them from now on. Wanted a pair of Ray Ban metas for my vacation which i was leaving for in a week, they came through and had my pair ready even before then. Looking forward to dealing with them again.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience buying prescription Ray-Ban Meta glasses through Pearle Vision. These are sold as everyday prescription eyewear, but the reality is that the Gen1 model only lasts about 4–6 hours with minimal use — something Meta support later confirmed. For someone who needs glasses to see all day, this makes them impractical as primary eyewear. After running into battery issues I learned there is no upgrade, trade-in, or prescription lens transfer option — even though a newer version with better battery life exists. Turning off the always-listening assistant disables most of the functionality. Had these limitations been clearly disclosed upfront, I would have taken my prescription elsewhere. I’m leaving this review so other prescription customers understand the risks before committing.

This is absolutely the place to go in Toronto if you need your vision cared for. The staff here - every single person, is excellent. It's exceedingly rare to be able to say that about an establishment, but it's true. Everyone that works at this location is extremely kind, unwaveringly professional, smart, and good spirited. Dr. Rehana Manji is altogether exceptional also. Dr. Manji found a problem with my eyes that is thankfully being addressed at the Toronto Retina Institute - a referral that literally saved my vision. (It's not an exaggeration to suggest I might very well be blind now without Dr. Manji's help and clear communication about my referral reasons and prognosis.) And after my treatment there, Dr. Manji helped me dial in a new glasses prescription I can use going forward. Quite literally the best I've been able to see in years thanks to the excellent care at this location! Thanks to all of you!

The owner went above a beyond. Had multiple visits in order to get the right contact lens fitting. Excellent service.

Great service, knowledgeable opticians, and nice selection of frames. Exam pricing is fair and much lower than what some offices my friends have paid elsewhere.
