I had a great experience at Pearle Vision! Emily was very helpful and fun. She helped me go through every pair of glasses that I liked one by one, and made it a fun task, not something arduous! She also gave me her opinion, but respected mine at the same time. Emily was also there when I picked up my glasses and made sure they fit perfectly. Thanks Emily!!

We visited several eyewear stores in Ni@gara area and selected Pearle Vision to make our purchase. I have been wearing glasses for over 65 years and quite frankly found Pearle Vision at Seaway Mall, Welland Ont., one of the best experiences in making my most recent purchase. SimranJodhka, manager, was extremely helpful in explaining benefits of various lens selections, fitting of frames and ensuring I was satisfied with our choices. ★★★★★ I want to update my review and sincerely thank Rachel, the girl who first helped me, and both doctors at Pearle Vision. When I received my new glasses, I experienced eye strain, headaches, anxiety, and a strange feeling like I was “in a movie.” I became worried and frustrated, and honestly, I wasn’t the easiest customer to deal with. I even said that I didn’t want to see one of the doctors again. The team listened to my concerns, reassessed my vision, and patiently explained that my eyes needed time to adjust. It has taken approximately three weeks, but my sight is gradually improving, and I now recognize that the doctor was right. I still have a little adjusting to do, but I’m getting there. I sincerely apologize for how I reacted. Despite my frustration, Rachel, the girl who originally helped me, and both doctors remained kind, patient, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. Thank you all for your patience, reassurance, and excellent care. You genuinely earned these five stars.

Emily at Pearle Vision had gone above and beyond when she helped me pick out my glasses. I must have tried on 50 pairs of glasses or more, until we found the perfect pair. She made sure the pair I picked out, said loving it. Emily you rock girl, thank you for your time and pursuivant.

Brought my senior parents here to upgrade their eyeglasses... Gillian was a delight to work with. She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable of the products, warm, and welcoming. It's safe to say that her customer service was impeccable and made our days, especially my parents'. So impeccable that I came back a few days later with my hubby and we upgraded ours too. Her exceptional service truly shines through consistency. We also had Simran and Constance assist with taking our measurements and they too were amazing! The shop itself has a vast majority of brands and styles, which is nice. I've attached mine and hubby's new stylish pairs. Thank you ladies!
