Pearle Vision Whitby

I had an urgent issue with my reading glasses and visited Pearle Vision in Whitby for help. Suchismita was incredibly kind and helpful. She replaced the nose pads on my glasses, even though the glasses were not purchased from their store, and she didn’t charge me anything. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in a time of need truly impressed me. It’s rare to find customer service that goes above and beyond like this. Thank you, Suchismita, for your generosity and excellent care. I highly recommend her and the team at Pearle Vision Whitby!

First and foremost all the staff at this location are friendly and exceptional people. I came in for an eye exam with Dr. Sumeya Mao and she was very professional, asked important questions, some of which I never thought of would have an impact on my eyes. She was easy to understand, super friendly and explained everything she was doing before she did it. I definitely would/and going to return for her patient care. Secondly the front staff, great set of people, fun, great opinions and they are very good at reading their Clients and interacting with them. I had the pleasure of dealing Suchismita, she ran my preliminary testing, and from my experience we clicked right of way it was a great experience. She also explained everything before hand and she treated her patients with the utmost care while her friendly demeanour made you feel welcome and “within the family”. Finally, after my exam I ended up getting glasses from there as well and once again Suchismita showed up and yet again provided class customer service. I was dreading my eye test as it was a while since I had last done an exam but I will be definitely making the drive to Whitby just because of the service Dr. Mao and Suchismita provided as well as the others that were there. Dr. Mao and Suchismita really made you feel like family!

I went for my eye exam this Saturday after a really long time, and honestly I had such a great experience. From the receptionist to Dr. Samina, everyone was so kind and welcoming. This was the first time I’ve had such a thorough check-up—they took detailed pictures of both the front and back of my eyes, and the doctor took the time to explain everything clearly. The clinic also seemed really well-equipped, which made me feel even more comfortable. Really glad I went here and would definitely recommend!

Karina was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to progressive lenses, and took the time to answer all my questions in detail. She made sure everything was properly fitted and that all my vision needs were addressed. The whole experience felt professional and unhurried, which I really appreciated.
