Compared to my experience at Visionworks, it was so much less stressful, and the customer service was honestly on another level. The manager is amazing. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. You can tell he really values his customers. Alfredo was also incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Everyone on the team was welcoming, patient, and made the experience enjoyable. Great optical store. Very friendly and knowledgeable of frame symmetrical adjustments. I appreciate the team for getting me squared away win my frames lost a nose piece. They replaced it with no problems at no xtra charge. A-1 services.

I've been going to Pearle Vision in Laurel since 2019, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The optometrist is kind, patient, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is professional, welcoming, and genuinely cares about making the experience smooth from start to finish. They're especially great with kids... patient, friendly, and attentive, which makes a big difference for families. This office has the nicest people. Customer service and friendliness is through the roof. Alfredo and Yash particularly were very accommodating and calm even while dealing with multiple patients during the rush. As always, Dr Hussain was kind, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. This is why I have been a patient for many years and plan to continue.

I work in Laurel, MD. In health care. 6/5/25 morning my eyeglasses 👓 lost a screw . I needed my glasses to continue my work. I’m familiar with the Pearle Vision chain and their wonderful customer service and team members. This location has a beautiful 🤩 interior with an abundance of designer frames and accessories. The staff is excellent at providing friendly , welcoming and knowledgeable customer service to all. Kenny fixed my screw and cleaned my glasses 👓 with a No Charge ma’am, please come again!! I will return 😊and I recommend this location highly. 💯⭐️

Alfredo was very helpful and made buying my glasses swift and easy. The shop and displays are clean and organized which made for a pleasant shopping experience. I wish the hours were a bit more consistent and matched the hours on google.
