WOW!! What a wonderful experience. I am a new patient and saw Dr. Appel today. His office was able to get me in same-day. The doctor is very kind and actively listened to my concerns & questions. Additionally, John’s expertise helped me choose the perfect lenses for my face shape and prescription! There was another great person working and I didn’t catch her name but I believe it was her first day and she helped me too. The staff is awesome! I really appreciated my time with them today and would highly recommend them for sure. I’m so excited to get my glasses!

First honest, caring, and professional optometrist we’ve found here! Took my teenage daughter to Dr. Apple for an exam. She was complaining of headaches and struggling to see in class. She had a very low Rx so he recommended glasses as needed in class. He was honest and said contacts would cause an increase Rx and full time wear. I appreciate the complete honesty!

Mary and Wesley are the most amazing staff members I have ever met at any doctors office. Both are very polite, accommodating, genuine, informative, and helpful. My son is on the spectrum and he had to have his first real eye exam done. The doctor was great with him. Mary was so helpful in pointing us in the right direction on glasses that would be best suited for him. When I went to pick up my contacts and his glasses today, Mary was heading out the door but she still stopped and talked to us like we were friends that ran into each other at the grocery store. Wesley helped my son with his glasses and was so patient with him. He made sure we were both happy with everything before we left. I’ve never loved an office so much. They truly treat everyone like family and genuinely care about everyone who walks through the doors!

Kristina helped us today and she was amazing. My daughter's glasses broke this morning and she was able to help us same day with getting the lenses in new frames. After multiple other places telling us it wasn't possible, she went above and beyond. She helped my daughter so she didn't have to wait till Monday to be able to see. Thank you so much Kristina!

The entire team at this Pearl Vision provided a wonderful and very enjoyable experience. The technical knowledge shared during the eyeglasses ordering and fitment was top notch! I'm very pleased to make this my new one-stop shop for all eyewear and exams.

Excellent customer service and an amazing staff! I've been a loyal customer for years and have always been extremely satisfied. From my first eye exam and pair of glasses to lens adjustments within the 30-day period and frame replacements under the manufacturer warranty, the experience has been smooth and stress-free. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making the entire process—from start to finish—easy and well-communicated. They even adjusted my other son's frames in an emergency, even though we didn't purchase them at Pearle Vision. Truly above and beyond!

Sooo much to say. My situation, I broke my glasses At my first job, I have two, and I still need to go to my 2nd job. I rely on my glasses for both jobs. As I entered and went to the reception desk, I explained the situation to her, which I must say she was a classy sincere lady which made me feel like she cared and used a since of urgency. The optometrist was about to leave, and he backed up and said no worries he’ll stay to help me… Stellar The Reception lady got right to business.. Unfortunately I Found out that my insurance, wasn’t in-network with Pearl vision. But I still need Glasses ASAP.. At that point one of the Tech maybe he’s the manager .. Stepped In and gave me some options…Fast forward—————> Ending results… Even with the difficulty of my prescription, I left out in 30 minutes with a brand new pair of glasses… Unheard of in my world If this wasn’t World Class Customer Service and Care… I honestly don’t know what is!!!

Have an exam schedule next day and they worked me in the day before so it freed up my off day. No complaints and was happy with my eyewear decision.

A most refreshing experience. From the sincere hello offered upon entering the establishment to the attentive and well informed service offered by John. Answered every question/concern I posed. Met some of the other staff also very professional and helpful. Definitely worth the visit.
