Pearle Vision Peoria

It was a great experience from the time I entered until I completed my order. I happen to be a walk-in that morning because evidently I had scheduled my 9 o’clock appointment at another Pearle vision I was able to get in quickly and due to some physical limitations, I needed a little extra help. They were so kind and willing to help me. The exam was a pleasant experience and I left feeling confident that I had made the right decision with my purchase. In fact, we had wrapped it up when I changed my mind and decided to go with different frames. They were so kind and accommodating. I highly recommend them to you.

I LOVE the staff here I went in for a contact prescriptions a bit scared as I’ve never worn them. However, I watched a few videos on how to take them in and out just so I can be prepared. They explained to me what the process is and the time it takes to get my contacts. After trial and error I finally got them in and out. They had me experimenting with different methods until I found the one that worked best for me. They were amazing teachers and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured into getting it right the first time. I understand they can’t physically put my contact in and have to make sure I know how to safely get them in and out so I did appreciate the extra time and care put into my service. Overall I had the best experience here and would definitely come back and recommend this location to all my friends. The dr at this location was very efficient and explained everything going on In my eyes. I did the extra testing which turned out to be worth it and it’s a really cool experience. OVERALL 10/10 and i can’t wait to get my new contacts.

Excellent service from the moment I arrived to the conclusion of my appointment! The front desk team and physician provided thorough explanations and addressed all of my questions with patience and clarity. All concerns, from interpreting scans to reviewing my insurance coverage, were handled with confidence and professionalism. Overall, a very positive experience. I would highly recommend this practice to loved ones, and look forward to returning :)

Slow day at work and I decided to try for an eye exam during lunch break. Called and got an appointment same day. Arrived early and they accommodated me, getting me out in a timely fashion. Super friendly staff who helped me choose options for frames. Great experience!

Had a great experience there. Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor took his time and I didn’t feel rushed. He explained everything to me in detail. The only suggestion I have is that he needs to introduce himself the minute he gets in the room.

I had put off going to the eye doctor for so long and I'm not sure why. I had a great experience, no wait, everyone was so helpful and friendly. I had a great experience and will make sure to refer friends and family!

Okay, so I recently purchased a new set of lenses for my glasses, which I had purchased under a year ago. Unfortunately, I ordered just lenses, due to insurance restrictions. They were pretty scratched up upon my recent order, so I NEEDED to do something as it was getting hard to see. The reason I purchased lenses only, is that my insurance carrier will only cover a single pair of glasses (Frames) in a 12 month period, but lenses haven't the sane restriction(s). So, I purchased AR Coating, UV Treatment, Progressive, EPP (Photo Grey) to the tune of $ 391.00 (After Insurance) WELL worth what they cost.! Well, I recently scratched the left lense, and i was pretty upset due to how new they are. What a total bummer. So, I JUST called to ask if they could help me in any way. I managed to speak to the Store Manager. I was told that she would order me a new set of lenses to try to make this right for me. This gesture was AWESOME and SO VERY sincerely appreciated.! For the amount I paid, it seems another $ 39.00 for insurance is a SOUND investment for anyone to make, who might be undecided and as such, is money well spent. I'd recommend this to EVERYONE who purchases glasses. As well as thie exact store. I've since discovered that shopping at Pearle Vision for your eye care needs is a smart choice, and their Store Manager is someone who really cares about her customers and subsequent repeat business. Again, I cannot recommend Pearle Vision at Lake Pleasant any more strongly.

Dr. Lopez is great. He does a terrific job with my very tricky contact rx. The other eye professionals are wonderful too.
