I had a great experience at Pearle Vision in Dove Valley! Luke was amazing and helped me find the perfect frames while walking me through my insurance benefits so I understood everything. The other team member who helped with my eye exam was also so kind, helpful, and made the entire experience comfortable. My glasses came back incredibly fast, too! I went in on Tuesday, and they were ready for pickup by Saturday. The entire team was wonderful, and I will absolutely be returning for my next appointment. Thank you all for such a great experience! 😊

Had a vision exam and ordered contacts and glasses. Everything was so smooth from the appointment to the consultation and the help received picking out frames. The doctor also made some recommendations for contacts that were night and day different from the brand I had bought for years. The management, staff and doctor were extremely helpful and friendly.

I was recommended this place by a family member, and im glad I went here. I had a great experience, the staff is super friendly and helpful and provided me a better understanding of my prescription for glasses. I also highly recommend this place to everyone else the staff here are patient and will guide you in having a better understanding of your vision, frames and lens options.

Sophia was amazing! Although I am not a fan of telemed eye doctors, Sophia was patient with all my questions and gave me confidence to try it out. Plus, Sophia was very diligent and helped me out to fill out “medical necessity” forms (I have very high power) so I can get my lens fitting exam and year of lens covered by insurance for $0. Highly recommend this store. I would avoid telemed if possible, but Sophia is awesome!

My eye exam was quick (less than 30 minutes in and out quick!) and the doctor was very professional and willing to answer any questions I had. Luke also adjusted my glasses from my existing prescription so that they fit so much better, and was very informative about my options to purchase additional frames according to my insurance benefits. I appreciated how helpful they were and that they did not pressure me to purchase anything I did not feel I needed during this visit. I highly recommend this location!

Luke is an absolute standout. After my exam I worked with him to pick out glasses and he made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. He took his time helping me find the perfect pair, walked me through all the lens features and options so I actually understood what I was getting, and never made me feel like I was holding things up. What really impressed me was that he took the time to research my VSP plan on the spot to make sure I was getting every benefit available to me. That kind of extra effort is rare and it saved me money I would have otherwise left on the table. If you go here, ask for Luke.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Dove Valley location. The manager Luke helped repair my glasses free of charge even though I didn’t purchase from Pearle Vision. I was so impressed by his skill and professionalism.

We had an absolute great experience, I had 4 of my children with me, two needed eye exams. The staff was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They helped the boys select frames, told jokes to help them relax and were very kind. I was very happy with the entire experience.
