I had a wonderful experience at Pearle Vision. The entire team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked through the door. The doctor explained everything very well. Angel and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect frames, answered all my questions with so much patience and care. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free, pleasant optical experience!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was visiting from Atlanta and lost my contact lenses at the airport. I stopped by Pearle Vision in Livermore, and they went above and beyond to help me. The front desk staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. Dr. May Mangipudi, OD, was knowledgeable, caring, and took great care of me. I came to Pearle Vision bec of their high ratings in Google & Yelp! I can understand why! My visit to get a new pair of eyeglasses was flawless and straightforward. Specifically Angel their eye technivian took good care of me. She is very friendly and I felt comfortable asking all my questions! She knows her stuff! Needless to say I am very very happy with the color of my eyeglasses. It is unique! The eye doctor’s precision of my eye vision is impressive! I had an eye exam last week with Pearle Vision, for both glasses and contact lenses. Staff were great ! All were very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially “PREET T.” WHO sat with me patiently, showing me how to put contacts in and take them out of my eye. I had a million questions and she provided me with a million and one answers. Great customer service ! They also have a nice selection of designer brand frames for your glasses. I’m waiting for my pair to be returned so I can pick them up. It takes 7-14 days. I’ll update this review with a photo once I pick up my new glasses. Thanks Pearl Vision, and thank you PREET T. for your time and help

May was so fast and efficient but I didnt feel rushed with 30 minute appointments vs the 15 I get everywhere else. She was really informative, explained every step, and reviewed my results thoroughly and let me ask plenty of questions! The equipment was top notch and modern! I really liked the air pressure machine because it didnt punch my eye! I will be coming back to Pearle Vision and especially for May!!!

Everyone needs to go here. I’ve been wearing glasses and contacts for more than 12 years and this has been the BEST experience. Appointments are easily made. Insurance is accepted and they check for you prior to the appointment. Dr. Mangipudi explains everything in detail and answers any questions. On top of being detailed and helpful, they are an eco-friendly office. You can recycle old contacts and cases in office. Thank you to the entire staff!!

Great service. I broke my backup pair of glasses and had to scramble for a new rx. Pearle Vision helped me get a new pair ASAP, and they fit perfectly. Even their selection of house brand frames are clean and professional.
