The minute I walked into the Pearle Vision at the Naval Base on Callagan Hwy in San Diego I was greeted with a smile and a genuinely kind voice welcoming me to the store. The service I received from Danelle that day was outstanding! Danelle is not only completely knowledgeable of all products and services Pearle Vision has to offer, she also has excellent public relations skills. She is an absolute delight to work with. After going to several competitors, trying on endless frames, I walked in and after answering only a few questions, Danelle had a few frames for me to try on and nailed it. She is professional, confident, kind, and always remembers me when I revisit the store. That is a wonderful feeling. She focuses on her clients while effortlessly makes all who enter the store feel welcome and taken care of with a smile. Danelle is amazing with people, not to mention she is always dressed very stylish. She is beautiful inside and out! Thank you Danelle and Pearle Vision! Rock Star!!!

Came in with worries, left with new glasses (and happy smiles)! The staff here are amazing, every time I meet a different person but 100% perfect service is always provided. Definitely coming back here for my second pair. I would definitely recommend PV to my family and friends!

Been in the store three times now! The eye exam was quick and easy, and everyone is very nice! Claire helped me each time I came in and explained all of my options to me and it was greatly appreciated because I had no idea what to decide on!! I went back in because my frames got bent and she fixed them for me perfectly! Highly recommend going here!

I came in here looking for a high quality pair of glasses, planning to use my VA glasses as backup pair. I'm very pleased with the Ray Ban frames and lightweight progressive lenses (also transition). This is not the cheapest place to buy eyewear, but I will say that the service is second to none. I was helped promptly on arrival, by the manager, Danelle. She was extremely knowledgeable and made some custom measurements based on unique features of my eyes and face. I'm quite certain I would not have had as good a fit and result with an online order. She even helped me adjust the glasses I wore in for a better fit. Two days after ordering, I discovered that the frames came in 4 different colors and I really liked one of the others better. They made the switch for me without any additional charge (even though expense had already been incurred). The great service and willingness to go the extra mile have earned me as a customer - I'll be back next time.

First time ever in a pearl vision and I was amazed by the hospitality, level of knowledge for recommendations, and how accommodating Ms. Amy was specifically. She went above and beyond with her assistance, even with of not part of her job as in making sure the glasses i came in with were even taken care of. If there was a six star than she would definitely get one from me. BZ

I was skeptical about finding glasses here, but Amy helped me pick out two pairs and showed me that I could match the transition lenses to the frames. When the initial price was too high for me, she helped me find options to fit in my budget. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Today I worked with Ms. Amy and she was an incredible help. Very kid and thoughtful and took her time assisting with matters regarding glasses frame fitting, prescription lens and color corrections and overall good appearance. Will return 👍

Been here twice. The ladies were amazing. I had to come back because my transition lenses weren’t getting dark enough. They are prescription. I was prepared to have to pay for an entire new set of XtraAcribe lenses. Nope! Only a $25 difference fee and good to go!
