Exams are always quick and efficient. I wish I remembered her name but the front desk woman helped me pick my frames and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Amazing staff overall and would recommend them to anyone!

This was my first time visiting the Norwalk Branch, and I had a great experience. The eye exam process was quick, efficient, and informative. I was recommended Acuvue lenses that felt much more comfortable than what I had before. On my second visit, I came in for new lenses and was pleasantly surprised to learn that my insurance covered a new pair of frames. I was so pleased with the level of customer service — friendly, helpful, and thorough. I received my new glasses in less than a week! I also asked about how to better take care of my glasses, and they kindly took the time to explain. They even gave me an extra cleaning cloth, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this location!

I've been going to Pearl Vision in Norwalk for at least 20+ years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. I've always been treated well by all employees but I have to single out Rob especially. I have a pretty strong prescription and he has always gone over and above the call of duty to get me exactly what works best for me. In addition, I tend to ask a lot of questions about lens material, coatings etc. and Rob has always been very patient with me and clearly explains everything - even providing information I couldn't find online. The level of detailed, personal attention and service I've received from Rob and the staff at the Norwalk Pearle Vision could never be replicated by any online vendor and get my highest recommendation.

Just back from eye exam and could NOT be more pleased. Greeter, Liza, is a delight and most welcoming. Rob, a wonder, clearly explained and executed first three of four vision tests, each rapid, painless, easy. Dr. Marra--LOVE! Her exam is thorough, and again, quick, painless, simple. She's patient and answers any and all questions regarding eye care/health. Eye exam @ Pearle Vision was a most positive experience for both my husband and myself, and we both look forward to seeing everyone there in the next year or two. Thank you so much to Perle Vision staff, including Darlene and Nicole, who were both phone-fabulous in re to scheduling, insurance information, prescription status, if any, and confirmation of appointment. I consider myself a relatively independent person, however, I'm extremely dependent on my glasses and contacts. Whether I come in with a new prescription or beat-up frame, my eye care needs are always addressed by Pearle's extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff. Questions frequently arise regarding prescriptions, frames, lenses, features, styles, maintenance, insurance and payment, and my concerns are always addressed in a pleasant and courteous manner. I always learn something new that helps me improve my vision correction experience. The service that this Pearle Vision provides is exceptional, and I rate it five pearls!
