I had an excellent experience at Pearl Vision thanks to Eric R., Licensed Optician. He is by far the best optician I’ve had since I started wearing glasses. Eric took the time to clearly explain everything I needed to know about my progressive lenses, making sure I fully understood how they work and what to expect. He also helped correct an issue I was having with my glasses, and the difference has been amazing. His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail really set him apart. He is truly an asset to this company and this office. I also want to mention that the doctor was great as well—professional, thorough, and made the overall experience even better. Highly recommend this location!

Amazing experience. The staff were all friendly. Dr. Carlos was phenomenal and very personable. He took the time to show the images of my eyes and reviewed them with me, explaining what everything was. My rep Jennifer was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful when advising on my eyeglass options. I would definitely recommend this Pearle Vision location. Kudos for great customer service and a wonderful overall experience.

Great team, very professional, patience and understanding of client needs. My son couldn’t decided on a pair and Glenn took his time to find the perfect frame for him. Ilza was very professional as well with assisting on contact selection and making sure my son was comfortable. We are repeat customers and e wry experience is always excellent.

Establishing care for myself and my partner was simple and quick. Staff was friendly and sign in was seamless. While it was busy, the practice was incredibly efficient, particularly with the technical examinations so there was no delay being seen. The exam staff were professional, friendly, and meticulous. The doctor absolutely astonished me though. I've never had a more thorough consultation of any kind from any speciality. This was top notch, patient-centered care. After a slew of absent minded consultations (including my last eye Dr) my new patient appointment with Dr. Naguib was a wonderful breath of fresh air. I was referred by another patient of yours... I think it'd be great if you offered a referral reward system to patients. Maybe an additional discount of glasses or something. Because that one referral earned your practice 2 new life long patients! The glasses service was also top notch BTW. Can't wait for my new pair!

I had a great experience at Pearl Vision during my last visit. The staff was welcoming, professional, and very attentive from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly, which made me feel confident in my care. They also took the time to help me choose the right frames without any pressure, offering honest and helpful advice. Overall, the service was efficient, friendly, and exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.

The whole staff is fantastic and Dr Naguib is simply the best. And that’s not just me saying it. There are reasons he won top doc: patient, kind, thorough, funny and overall so incredibly knowledgeable. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

I can't say even good things about my visit to Pearl Vision. We were greeted warmly immediately. And the Doctor.... Dr. Naguib was so very nice and very informative. Great "bedside" manner. 10/10 would recommend.

The office was so clean and well kept. I was acknowledge the minute I walked in even though there were other customers there. Everyone was so nice and efficient. Dr Maramara was so nice and really helped me understand my vision. He is an exceptional Doctor and an asset to your company. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I will be letting others know about the service I experienced, even on a Sunday afternoon.

I went into the Brandon location to see if they were able to fix my glasses that one side was bent. Amanda had it repaired in a second. While we there, my husband reminded Amanda about our previous visit with her before Christmas with him explaining we had an issue with my insurance company.(not their fault ) She looked up my insurance coverage and found out everything was straightened out. She got me in to see the doctor within 15 minutes for my yearly annual exam. She was extremely helpful in finding the best frames for my face. The whole group at the Brandon location are friendly and helpful.

The team was very efficient and fast working to get me in and checked out. I woke up April 4th with the inability to see correctly and had never had prior vision problems. Dr Carlos Naguib had me go through various eye exams, he found a concerning vertical involuntary movement called vertical Nystagmus. This raised an eyebrow and instead of giving me glasses to correct the issue, the doctor was instead concerned, he had gone though medical findings and found random onset involuntary eye movement could be an issue with the brain instead. The doctor referred me to an emergency room, I had various scans done of my brain, within a month found that I had 6 lesions and had Developed Multiple Sclerosis. Had this doctor not been more concerned, I would not be receiving the treatments I’m currently undergoing. Thank you to the doctor and team for caring about me and my well-being and getting me the help I needed
