She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and helped me find the perfect pair of glasses without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The office was clean, organized, and had a great selection of frames for every style and budget. Everyone I interacted with was professional and welcoming, making the entire process—from browsing frames to checking out—smooth and enjoyable. What really stood out was Misty’s genuine care and attention to detail. She made sure everything fit comfortably, offered helpful recommendations, and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. It’s customer service like hers that keeps people coming back. If you’re looking for quality eye care and exceptional service, I highly recommend Pearl Vision in Lakeland. From the moment you enter Pearl Vision at Lakeside Village, the office staff is incredibly, friendly, efficient and professional. My exam with Dr. Laskerr was very thorough. He takes the time to answer any questions and explain them in a way easy to understand. I used my insurance to order glasses and those ladies were amazing! Emily helped me find the perfect frame for my face shape and coloring! The entire team made me feel like a celebrity! If you’re looking for an eye doctor with a team of professionals, you’ll find them at Pearl Vision!!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Pearle Vision Lakeland. The only issue was with the insurance but not the Pearle Vision staff who were phenomenal . The staff were friendly, efficient, and great. Especially Emily Lay who was very pro-active and on top of things when it came to servicing the frameless glasses that I was purchasing. Her customer service skills are truly top notch. She was proactive in that she told me about how frameless glasses would look thicker than the showcase version because of my prescription and asked if I was aware and okay with that. I was very thankful and appreciative for such consideration. With Emily, any and all of my questions and doubts were answered spectacularly. Because of my great experience with Emily and with Pearle Vision Lakeland, I'm going to go out of my way to come back to Pearle Vision Lakeland next time to get my next glasses; a 45 minute drive both ways is gas money well spent for the spectacular and stress-free customer service and experience for getting my new specs. Thanks to all of the people at Pearle Vision Lakeland!

I usually don’t do reviews simply due to time being a very busy mom but today I felt the need to take the time and share what an absolutely wonderful experience I had with Michael today at Pearle Vision Lakeland. The customer service I received over the phone was top notch! I have been to Pearle Vision a couple times, Today I had called for a quick question regarding a switch in prescription my son’s doctor had made. Instead of being told you have to reach out to your vision insurance Michael went out of his way to look up my sons information in the system and without me even asking and without hesitation he said let me make a call and talk to them and I will call you back. After being exhausted from spending most of the afternoon at the eye doctor with my son, it was a relief to have Michael not only call but step in and get the answers I needed to my questions. What may seem to some as a small gesture meant alot to me and made my day. Full time moms and moms with small children will understand! Sadly we do not experience this same amazing customer service everywhere you go nowadays. Due to the amazing customer experience I received today, I will be a loyal customer to Pearle Vision! :)

Michelle is always amazing, patient, and friendly! Today I went to have my babies glasses selected and she was so kind and patient with him - which made a somewhat stressful situation into a calming and exciting one. My family, and I all go to this location and each and every time we’ve been helped by Michelle. I’d only go to this location simply for her and Dr Harrell! You don’t get service like there’s anymore. They really know how to represent a brand.

Great experience all around from the assistant Misty, Dr. Thomas & the optician Emily! Emily went above and beyond, helping my wife and I pick the perfect frames. Great personality too! I will definitely keep this location as our go to 🩷

My husband and I have been to many eye glass places over the last 2 weeks. Pearle Vision really impressed us. Carmen is the one that helped us. She really took her time and answered all our questions. She made it very easy for us! We will definitley recommend her to all our family and friends! Thank you Carmen for a great experience!!
