Bad experience at this location. After having my appointment and returning to pick up glasses I received my physical prescription and asked for my people every distance or PD and the lady who I assume was the manager flat out refused to give it to me. I asked her why she would not give it to me and she stated she did not want us ordering glasses online. This is one of the worst examples of gatekeeping I have ever seen. After paying for my vision appointment, purchasing a pair of glasses from them and looking forward to having a prescription for freedom to shop where I want in the future I felt completely betrayed and will never come back to this location they are simply not forthright and I felt they were being dishonest with me. Pearle vision if you are out there do not Gate keep people’s pupil distance in the future That’s not right. PS. I went home and measured it myself no thanks to you

This review is for the DOCTOR and LAURA specifically. They were outstanding. The doctor fitted my husband and I for the BEST possible contacts and was incredibly efficient thorough an professional. A few weeks later I forgot about my rebate and my husband was able to get in touch with Laura who took the time to walk me through each step of the process over the phone. I'll be getting my $300 back thanks to her kind support. These two are rock stars!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

My recent experience at Pearle Vision was incredibly frustrating and left me with expensive, incorrect eyeglasses. I opted for their virtual doctor appointment, which I now regret. The prescription I received was wildly different from what I've had for years, and unfortunately, it was completely wrong.
To make matters worse, by the time I realized the prescription was off and impacting my vision, I was just past their 30-day return policy, meaning I'm now stuck with very expensive eyeglasses that I can't use. This highlights a major flaw in relying on virtual eye exams; there's no way to truly verify the prescription until you've had time to wear the glasses in different settings.
The absence of an actual doctor on staff was sorely missed. In previous visits when a doctor was present, I always felt confident in the results. This virtual system simply doesn't provide the same accuracy or assurance.
Beyond the faulty prescription, there is a lack of management and customer service at this particular office. When I went in to try and resolve the issue with my glasses, the two associates working were unable or unwilling to help. They didn't have the authority, couldn't tell me when a manager would be available and, despite taking my number, I never received a call back. It's clear that no one is effectively running this office, leading to a chaotic and unhelpful environment for customers.
The combination of an incorrect virtual prescription, a rigid return policy, and a complete lack of in-office management has left me out of pocket and without proper vision correction. After being a customer for many years, my family and I won't be back.

Very disappointed in my choice of going to Pearle Vision for my glasses the reason I chose them was because they had silhouette lenses. I purchased sunglasses & glasses when I picked up my new glasses the left lens was blurry the same with the sunglasses I also purchased the 1 year warrant., finally picked up my new glasses in July with the right prescription wore them until February where my wife noticed a crack in the lens where the arm attached. Returned to Pearle Vision another 3 weeks to repair my new glasses then charged me 25.00 dollars for the repair no explanation what the charge was for!!! Tried to wear the glasses for 2 weeks after picking up could not adjust to the new lens come to find out the wrong lens were installed. What a absolute waste of money time and lack of communication, so 7 1/2 months was the total time I was able to wear my new glasses.

Expect to wait for 2hrs with a very slow service and multiple cancellations. There are four people who work here, with one person working incredibly hard, another two taking it very easy. If you’re trying to call ahead, again expect for your call not to be picked up unless you continuously call multiple time. Very poor. Will not come back again.
