Dear Pearle Vision, I have been coming here for at least 15 years, and I wanted to thank you for the outstanding customer service. This is the first time I felt compelled to write a review, even though I've always received good service. First, I appreciated that the store remained organized, with men's glasses on the left, women's on the right, and a few unisex options. The store was clean and smelled pleasant, unlike grandma's basement or a Cracker Barrel. Second, all the staff were extremely polite and provided top-notch customer service. I particularly loved the attention to detail from Dr. Jang. She was nice, soft-spoken, clear, concise, and thoughtful in delivering optometry information. She even recommended reducing my prescription, which is a first for me! I hope she stays; the Mall Area needs honest, professional people with a great sense of calm. Third, the star of the day was the new optician, Jordyn. She was a helpful, smiling "butterfly" with a bright future in customer service. She listened intently and never interrupted or tried to control the visit. If you need new prescription glasses, I highly recommend her. I will definitely recommend Pearle Vision Mall of GA. It has been a community staple, and it seems like someone finally found the right staff who genuinely loves optometry. Love, The Pensioner

Pearle Vision in Buford exceeded our expectations! My husband and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sahar was incredibly welcoming and helpful, from ordering a replacement screw for my husband’s glasses to having my selected frames ready when it was time to order. Dr. Jang was thorough, knowledgeable, and made my eye exam a great experience. Serena clearly explained all of my payment and insurance options, making the process easy and stress-free. The entire team was friendly, organized, and efficient. My husband’s glasses were ready sooner than expected, and everyone went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. We’re so glad we chose Pearle Vision in Buford and highly recommend them!

Tanya was ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!!! Very patient, knowledgeable, nice and understanding. I love frames so it took me a while to figure out what I wanted. She actually picked my frame for me. I asked if it was okay to FaceTime my daughter in law to see if she liked them and of course Tanya executed a sale!!!!

Jordan and Tanya were amazing! They had so much patience with my children and I. Wonderful and up beat attitudes along with beautiful recommendations with glasses that they felt were accommodating to our faces. Thank you so much ladies this visit was phenomenal! Excellent service and great selection of frames. Jordyn was a ray of sunshine, helpful without hovering, and an absolute joy to have assisting with my purchase of glasses! Dr. Jang was so nice and patient. She took time to discuss details and answer any questions I had. Absolutely recommend scheduling with her. Her team was also very nice and the appointment was smooth and transparent. They informed me of any and all extra charges I would incur out of pocket, after insurance adjustments and payments were made, before proceeding with any optional tests. Highly recommend this location for its professionalism and customer service! 10/10

I had a great experience! My eye exam with Dr. Jang was so thorough and answered all my questions. And my time with Sehar was excellent. She helped me understand all of my options for frames and got me a great price through my insurance with every option I wanted. Great service! Great price! Great job!

Amazing service. Doctors were very nice. Tanya helped me pick out glasses, she is very knowledgeable about the different frames they carry. They have a great selection of Tom Ford frames for a good price. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend getting your glasses here!

I had a great experience today at Pearle Vision in Buford! My doctor was excellent. The staff was excellent. Sehar was very patient and provided excellent service with helping me pick out a new pair of frames. I will definitely be coming back!
