Pearle Vision Snellville

I recently visited the Snellville location of Pearle Vision for an eye exam, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The doctor was very kind, friendly, and professional. She took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. I truly appreciated her patience and caring attitude. I would also like to recognize Salima Rupani, the sales associate, for her outstanding customer service. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to explain my options without being pushy. Her honest recommendations and clear explanations made it easy to choose the right glasses for my needs. What stood out most was how respectfully and warmly everyone treated me. The entire staff made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I highly recommend the Pearle Vision Snellville location to anyone looking for an eye exam or new glasses. Tanisha was awesome at helping my baby girl pick out glasses! She made her feel so special and comfortable. My son came to her 6 years ago and she stills provides the same level of exemplary customer service!

This place is amazing!!! I walked in this morning, needing an eye exam, and Sameer helped me figure out some issues with my insurance so that I can get my exam! I'm wearing my backup glasses, and I hate them, and having the opportunity to have my eyes checked basically immediately was Such a blessing! Melissa at the front desk was so gracious and so kind, and Dr. Purvis was the best eye doctor I have ever seen in my life! I have been wearing glasses for 30 years, and I will never go anywhere else again except here!!!
