I was a new patient going in and I was treated with warmth and kindness. When I had questions about how my insurance worked they were very good at explaining to me what I could get and very helpful by asking all the right questions to make sure I was happy with the frames I picked out! The eye exam was very quick and the doctor was really nice! I was nervous at first since it had been so long since my last eye exam but the doctor's vibes put me at ease.

Some of the best customer service I've experienced in my life, year after year. I've bought glasses myself and for my family. Outstanding products and service.

Wow, I called because I am having trouble getting one solid number for PD I've went to 4 places all different numbers. I got the rudest response (we don't do it unless you bought glasses here in the past year) it's been 2 I said and I was there anything that could be done, "nope then we are good there it's been 2 so we can't help you" and booted off the phone... No help just rudeness I will never buy my glasses here again!
