Julie and Vertrice were extremely helpful in having a pair of prescription eyeglasses made for my boss, last minute. The patience Julie had in answering my questions over the phone, having the waiver emailed to me so there was less paperwork when I got to the store, and helping me identify what kind of prescription my boss had, was incredible. Honestly, it’s hard to experience this kind of customer service these days. Vertrice helped me immensely once I was in the store, helping me pick out proper frames and completing the transaction. This location was simply fabulous in its customer service!!

ALICIA, store manager at the Homewood location was amazing. I had an issue with my lens, I brought my glasses in explained the situation, and without hesitation, she got right on it and took care of everything, efficiently, professionally. I really appreciate this. Thank you so much! Her personality was amazing! Again, thank you!

Ellic was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, helped me through the process of choosing a great eyeglasses and explains all the benefits . Dr. Todd was very through with his examination and spent adequate time explaining my eyesight results . I rate Dr. Todd, Ellic, and the staff of Pearl Vision 5 Stars! I will definitely be a loyal customer to this location .

Had a fantastic experience with Dr. Patel! The entire staff was welcoming, the office was spotless, and the eye exam was thorough and efficient. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Update: Sep. 6, 2025. We had our check up and it was great as always. Our eye doctors here were good, Dr. Todd Hungerford, & Dr. Vidulich. We were greeted with a warm welcome by Debbie as if we were a friend visiting their home, Vertrice and the rest of the staff were always nice and friendly. My only concern at this visit was the patient portal that was sent to me via email. It was in a different name (Melrose Park eye doctor), It freaked me out!, I thought it was a scam email, and made me uncomfortable to click the link because I've Never been or had my eye appointment at that company, It's always Pearle Vision. So, I had to asked the PV staff (in person,) if this "Melrose Park etc." portal was associated with them. It is, However, I will definitely forget to check this portal as the name is never been familiar to me for my eye doctor, I've never been there! Pearle Vision is easy to remember for me, also for organization when I search my email for eye appointment, I always search Pearle Vision not any eye doctor place I've never been. Just saying. 2023 Review: This eye clinic is fully renovated. They have new modern technology equipments to check your eyes. They have vast selections of good, fashionable, affordable, eyeglasses and sunglasses available for you. Dr. Hungerford is an expert in his profession, very informative too and nice, General Manager Debbie was nice and friendly same as the retail supervisors Delilah, and Vertrice. They're both good in what they do and super helpful. Delilah has a same taste of mine when it comes with eyeglasses so she was very helpful when I was picking a new one for me. We enjoyed our visit here. Thank you guys for a great service. Keep it up.

Michelle, Dr. Hungergames (or whatever), and Vetrice, took very well care of me here. I had some “technical difficulties” with my insurance but they ironed everything out for me and made my experience hassle free. Total time form entry to exit door including choosing frames, optometry appointment, being fitted for glasses and consultation last about 90 minutes total, which felt much quicker. The bathroom was clean and available. Their selection of frames aren’t vast, but what eye doctor is these days. I did manage to find a pair I liked and am looking forward to picking them up in two weeks! Thanks team.

I came to Pearle Vision to have my 13 year old son eyes checked. The office is very professional, clean, warm and inviting. It’s very spacious, a lot bigger than it looks on the outside. The optometrist was very sweet to my son. We were seen immediately, so no wait time. Delilah was our tech and she was exceptional. Friendly, helpful and made us laugh. My son had a comfortable experience and that’s good enough for me. I definitely recommend Pearle Vision.

I really trust this Pearle Vision location in particular as the home for my annual eye exam and any other concerns. Kiara is very sweet, professional, and caring, and Dr. Galkina answered all of my concerns alongside being encouraging about continuing our channel of communication. Overall, great team here that have your best interests in mind!
