This is my kids 2nd year with Dr Marshall and were very happy with the outcome. He’s very thorough and detailed oriented. This location takes most of the major insurance as well. Glasses are reasonably priced. 100% recommend.

I had such an amazing experience at Pearle Vision! The whole process was quick and easy, and they were even able to get my glasses done the same day, which was a lifesaver since mine were broken. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made everything so convenient. I’m so pleased with my visit and would absolutely recommend this location to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Alex Marshal is absolutely knowalagable in his business. I've been wearing glasses for 20+ years and contacts for 18+ years, so got to see many eye doctors over the years. The last 12 years I have been Only coming in to see Dr. Alex Marshal for his expertise. My contacts are always matched perfect before I leave. Big line of glasses for all and lenses installed on site. Friendly ladies, Willie and May, always confirm my appointment, as at times we all forget and call for follow-ups. I drive 45 minutes as this place is everything you need for your eye care! Thank you all!

This is the best experience that I have had at an eye doctor in a long time. The doctor listened to me, considered my needs and was extremely thorough. The other staff in the office were also amazing. They were patient and helped me navigate the best options for me. I highly recommend this specific Pearle Vision. I will be coming back here for years to come. Thank you so much for everything.

This review is way overdue as my husband and I have been seeing Dr. Marshal for years now. Because of a range of optical problems, I also see an ophthalmologist annually (have pretty much one useful eye, have had cataract surgery, etc.), but for my glasses’ prescriptions, I ONLY go to Dr. Marshal at Pearle. The place is so unassuming, on Lincoln Ave., but don’t let that fool you! Dr. Marshall is close to being a magician in figuring out how I can see well enough to drive or read or even play the piano. Prescribing glasses is an art as well as a science, and I’ve recommended him to others, who invariably say exactly the same thing.

This review is a long time overdue. We have been coming to this Pearle Vision location for years. We always receive an excellent service. Office staff is friendly and accommodating. The frames selection is impressive. Dr. Alex Marshal is very knowledgeable and has excellent business manners. His advice is always on point and practical. There is no push or obligations, just simply great customer service that is hard to find these days. Highly recommended! A+.

Dr. Alex Marshall is FANTASTIC at what he does. Dr. Marshall is A+++ Highly recommended to anyone who is unsure on where to go for eye exams. I arrived with my Parent and he went ABOVE and BEYOND. We arrived on time and were taken in right away. Dr. Marshall was absolutely thorough with the exam and asked very good questions. He truly listened and provided great feed back when answering all questions. He is extremely respectful and welcoming. I've been to other Eye Care places (for myself) and the Doctor takes a quick exam and you never see the Doctor after that. Not Dr. Marshall. He not only provided a detailed exam however he came out to ensure the measuring on my Parent's glasses were near perfect. He fitted her eyeglasses which is unheard of! He truly defines what a wonderful Doctor's visit should be. I had no issues with the front staff. They were welcoming and kind. I would love to come here for my own eye exams going on forward. Thank you for being so kind to me and my Parent and providing such wonderful customer service!

I have never met an optometrist as thorough and knowledgeable as Dr. Marshal. His exam was very comprehensive and he answered all my questions without rushing. When it was time to choose my frames, I was undecided because there were so many good choices and different styles. Luckily, the friendly, attentive staff advised me and helped me choose. Overall, this was by far the best personalized service I received and the most pleasant experience I ever had when when getting an eye exam and glasses.

Had the best experience with this office today. Eye Dr was awesome. The 2 ladies up front Stella & I'm sorry but didn't get the other ladies name were so kind & totally awesome with me. Thanks for the great experience and treatment

I came to get my eye exam and some new glasses and had a very good experience. The staff was all very nice and patient with helping me pick out my new frames and recommend me several to help with the process. I am very happy with everything and will be coming back. I for sure recommend this place to everyone.
