Pearle Vision Gurnee

I've worn eye glasses since I was 7 years old. I've worn many, many glasses purchased from many different eye glass providers over the years. I now only go to this Gurnee Pearle Vision store. No one beats them in frame selection, accurate prescriptions, and most of all customer service. Dr. Berkovich listens to how I will be using my glasses (everyday, reading, computer, hobbies), does an exam and writes the perfect prescription to suit my needs. Lana helps me find the perfect frame that fits me comfortably and looks great! Also, the technician that makes any final adjustments, does a great job. He is patient and takes his time to make sure my glasses sit properly on my face. I'm really happy with this Pearle Vision.

10/10 experience! Every employee was amazing and provided outstanding customer service. They were honest about how different frames looked on me and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy and confident with my choice. I brought in my own frames, and they were able to fit my new lenses into them in just one hour. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service!

Great experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. They took their time helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and made sure everything was just right. Excellent customer service and a great selection of frames. We were so impressed with the service and their willingness to go above and beyond to help a traveling family in need! Our son’s contact had gotten damaged shortly after we left for vacation and he had forgotten to pack an extra pair. We called Pearle Vision and not only were they incredibly understanding but they were able to set us up with another pair of contacts so our son could enjoy his vacation without damaged contact! We were able to handle almost everything over the phone and they had the contacts all ready as soon as we got into town! They are fantastic and we couldn’t be more grateful!

I have found my new optical home for me and my daughter! The crew at Gurnee’s Pearle Vision are a DELIGHT to visit. Dr. Eugene Berkovich was my doctor and he is very present and grounded. He was super clear in explaining everything, and the machine that takes photos of your inner eyeball (in lieu of dilation) was pretty cool to see. 👁️ My fave Associate Hadrian has a GREAT eye for style. I was browsing to choose my new glasses and the first pair he suggested were these beautiful Tiffany & Co. frames I would have totally overlooked. I still shopped around, pulled several off the shelf, and sat down to really choose. I found a top 3 and the Tiffany pair Hadrian eyeballed for me were the undoubtable winners. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love them so much! A couple days later, Dr. Svetlana Kugel was the eye doctor for my 11-year-old daughter. She also had my girl feel comfortable and was thorough in the exam and explaining everything. Store Manager Tony taught my daughter how to put in and take out her new contacts for the first time and he is a phenomenal teacher. He has great patience and gives perfect guidance. He made great conversation to put her at ease, we talked about her fave musical artist and the show Stranger Things and his jokes are just too funny. They have great prices and deals on frames, rebate offers on contacts, and the most affable staff I’ve ever encountered at an eye doc shop. I had an excellent experience at this provision. It was the most thorough eye exam I have had and that gave me confidence. The staff was very helpful to me picking out two frames. I'm so happy with my new glasses they feel great work great and look great.
