Great service - fair prices - Gone back to them 3 years in a row and still give them a 5 star rating

I just wanted to share my experience with Marcia during my husband and I getting glasses this past week. Even though it was really busy, she took her time to make sure our glasses fit correct. Marcia is very professional and courteous and Pearl Vision is lucky to have her.

Great customer service and care!

The customer service at this location was uneven. Sometimes the sales people were incredibly helpful---knowledgeable, going out of their way to save me money, with good fashion sense. At other times they were churlish and unprofessional. They failed to return calls on various occasions after promising to do so. They could not give me a straight answer about why my glasses were taking so long to be ready. It is as if they didn't care about your business. With all the options for eyewear in the area, why put up with such disappointing service. I certainly won't in the future.

I almost never feel motivated to write negative because I may be impacting someone's ability to earn a living - I give Uber drivers a 5 even when I should be giving a 2. This location is the exception because of their slippery way of pushing the upsell - only when you compare prices do you realize they charge double over comparable locations and promote useless features - even the downtown Boston Pearl location is cheaper!!

If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what my ranking would be. After 10 years of faithful visits, today I had a 10:40 appointment. I got caught in a construction zone. As a courtesy, I called to let them know I would be 8 minutes late. I was told very rudely that they would need to reschedule me. I also own a small business and would always find a way to accommodate my customers. (8 minutes, really?) All my family and employees go there, and that will end. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my day!

I just had my annual eye exam at Pearle Vision on Needham Street and I can't rave enough about my experience. Dr. Siegel was so calm and instantly made me feel at ease. He has obviously been doing this for a while and the exam went smoothly. Marcia helped me figure out the financial upside when ordering both my contacts and new glasses. It's been a while since I've felt that I was "taken care of" during any of my annual health exams and will definitely come back next year. I highly recommend.

I came in to pick up my contact lens (prepaid)and it was crazy busy. Drew promptly helped the many people waiting in line. Despite the long line he was cheerful and doing his best.

Today I visited Pearle Vision on Needham St. in Newton, looking for some new frames. I was immediately assisted by Drew Vinciquerra, who tried very hard to find me just the right pair of frames, to replace the vintage ones (held together with scotch tape) that I was wearing. Although I didn't find anything I loved enough to buy, Drew asked if I wanted him to repair my taped-up old ones. They were in pretty bad shape, but he was able to find an earpiece that was similar to the other side, and used it to replace the damaged one. There was no charge for his time and effort, so this, in my opinion, was customer service at its best! Thank you, Drew, and Pearle Vision Newton! 🤓👍

Excellent place. Dr. Siegel was nice, efficient, and explained things very clearly. Marcia, the associate, was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the best pair. I will definitely be coming back here again.
