Had a very great experience my brother took our 88 year old mother too get her new glasses. The staff were very professional and treated her with much compassion. I took her too pick up her glasses young lady name Aleese was outstanding and very friendly did a great job. 👍🏾 too her for her service she was great.

I've been a longtime patient of this office and Dr. Caplan for more than 25 years. Scheduling turnaround time is quick. The new office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The virtual appointment with the state of the art equipment was acceptable considering I'm tested annually for a simple visual check. Enjoy your retirement Dr. Caplan, and thank you for your service to the Randallstown community.

Dr Caplan has been my eye care specialist for years. He's extremely knowledgeable and explains everything! He can do most tests there including eye pressure and glaucoma. The exams are thorough. Ladies are very helpful in selecting glasses. Delivery is about a week. Highly recommend.

I fell this morning, and one side of my glasses ended up bent, making them crooked on my face. Fortunately, I stopped in at the Liberty Rd. I’ve been going to Dr Caplan here for years. He is very professional and such a warm person and as a doctor really goes out of his way to walk you through the exam and make you feel at ease. Never had a problem ordering contacts or lenses, usually my order comes in within a week.

Fast and Friendly work environment, Doctor makes you feel comfortable and at ease as your taking the exam. A little expensive but if you care about your health shouldn’t be a problem. Camille H is very friendly and gives you all the information you need to know. I seen some reviews saying that she explains everything down to the T she does it’s just you fault if you misinterpret and who doesn’t read over their paperwork. Tanya W always welcomes you with warm open arms going above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied down to slightest adjustment to your glasses. These ladies made me feel welcomed and the doctor I definitely will be coming again due to this pleasant customer service experience, you guys continue being Great !

I’ve been going to him for about 15 years. He is a great person and true professional. Takes his time explaining everything that he does and does it in a way that makes it easy for a the patient to understand. I recommend him to all who are seek good service and treatment. I must add that the staff are great as well.

On 7/5/23 I had a comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Lee D. Caplan at Pearle Vision Optical, 8134 Liberty Road 21244. This was my first visit as a new patient. I was highly impressed from the moment walking in the door with a smile and warm greeting from staff. Within a second of walking in the door I was asked my name and Dr. Caplan came walking towards and escorted me to the back where he was very calm, patient, kind and gentle with his approach. Dr. Caplan proceeded to ask if I had any concerns while examining my eyes. This office has one of the best state of the art technology and equipment allowing them to provide an optimal vision care for each and every patient. I’ve never had a camera to look in the back of my eyes and then was able to see photo of what my eyes looked like. The exam was called vision exam with refraction and fungus photography Optomap. The Optomap is a camera system developed to take wide angle pictures of the retina and it’s non-invasive. It produces a 200 degree color view of the back of the eye for studying retinal diseases and no dilation is required. I was so happy and impressed with this doctors skill, experience, knowledge and talent, as he proceeded to tell me based on the exam…I had a floater in my left eye due to age (61) and very tiny cataract in my right eye. Within one to two weeks my eyeglasses will be ready, so I’ll be returning to pick them up. What else can I say about my experience with this doctor, staff and office but highly recommend anyone who’s in need of eye exam…please go to Pearle Vision where you will find the best caring, dedicated and supportive Optometrist-Dr. Lee D. Caplan and Associates. I will be back every year, annually from this moment forward. Thank you Dr. Caplan!
