The eye exam process with both the optometrist assistant and the optometrist was fast, thorough, and completely comfortable. When it came time to pick out frames, the sales team was incredible. They were super patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful in finding the perfect pair without making me feel rushed. The entire staff here is unbelievably friendly, welcoming, and attentive, especially Suzanna. I received great service from Ruby at Pearle Vision in Columbia, MD. My sunglasses were missing a screw and the lens came out from the frame. I was also missing the screw that secures the lens to the frame. I was also about to go out on vacation and needed the sunglasses. I called the store and spoke to Ruby. She had extra screws in the store and was able to repair the sunglasses within minutes. Highly recommend this store and Ruby for customer service.

Today, I went to three different eye care stores, none of them could either do my prescription sunglasses or had a limited selection of frames. Suzanna was not the same, this is my second time being helped by her and still provides the same quality and detailed customer service.
