I had been here several times for routine visits I was never told that I should see a specialist about my sensitivity to light until it was time to fill out a form to give to the MVA regarding my tinted windows. Several times I inquired about my sensitivity. I was told it comes with age, and when I presented the form to be submitted to the MVA, then I learned about this so-called specialist. I will not be returning here nor spending any money with this business.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received at Pearle Vision during my minor child’s appointment. Yes, we arrived about 20 minutes late, and I understand policies — however, the way the situation was handled was unprofessional and dismissive. When I asked about scheduling the next available appointment, I was told none were available. Shortly after, I asked my daughter to try booking another appointment herself, and suddenly there was availability the same day for 5:30 PM. That inconsistency felt dishonest and unnecessary. The overall tone and treatment made it clear we were not welcomed or valued as customers. The staff showed little patience, courtesy, or willingness to help. As a parent, that is unacceptable when it comes to care involving a child. The experience left me feeling uncomfortable and questioning whether bias played a role in how we were treated.

bought new glases and they sent the wrong size.paid the expense to ship back thru ups store and they never responded.I sent tracking numbers as well I have emailed several times.just another AI run internet scam as usual. Nobody cares I assure you

Excellent experience. Joe, the Manager was very helpful and pleasant.

Booked two eye appointments three weeks in advance. Got confirmation emails none of which asked for confirmation. One day before the appointments we received a text telling us to call to confirm. We did so and was told instead that they canceled our appointments. No explanation was provided as to why.

Great experience. They take plenty of carriers and i never had a problem going through insurance. Cash pay option too. Up front about costs, take kids 7 and up, as well as adults. Our whole family goes here for exams. Very happy and get in quick.

I went there for my appointment on Monday and said I definitely need the glasses back by Friday. They were very accommodating and made sure that that happened.

My awesome experience started when I first entered the store with a friendly, inviting greeting. I first met Jackie and then was introduced to Joe. He assisted with my virtual eye exam and then with my eyeglass selection. I recommend Pearle Vision of Glen Burnie. Professional atmosphere and great pricing.
