Pearle Vision Wheaton

I went to Pearle and saw Dr. Kepner after I had a less than satisfying experience with my ophthalmologist. Staff at Pearle were warm and welcoming, and very efficient. I had no wait time at all. Dr. Kepner is excellent at communicating what he is doing as he is doing it and he de-mystified the whole process. He explained the process of determining when cataract surgery starts looking like it will be necessary in the near future, and he explained the process of using all the tests that were done to determine the new Rx I needed. Most doctors don't tell you that. He made it a point to explain. My glasses came in in just a few days, along with my contacts. They called me right away and boom! Told me I could come in that moment, which I did. If you are looking for an optometrist, I highly recommend calling Pearle Vision in Wheaton. They are competent, efficient, knowledgeable and nice people.

Great experience at Pearle Vision in Wheaton! The staff were super kind and gentle, made me feel at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free glasses experience. Especially with kids ,they're so patient & understanding that kids do not always stay still for eye exams 😅 but they're service is so gentle! 😊 kids don't even notice they're at a doctors office

Dr. Kepner is an amazing doctor. It's rare for me to find any doctor, not just an eye doctor, who is so good at what they do. He asked great questions and really listened to my concerns, but he also took the time to explain everything thoroughly. I left my appointment feeling completely at ease with no worries or unanswered questions. His analysis during the eye exam was spot on. I've never gotten a new pair of glasses without them feeling at least a little off at first, usually with the doctor telling me my eyes would adjust over time. This was the first time I've put on new glasses and everything felt right immediately. I will recommend Dr. Kepner and this location to everyone I know. I was actually referred here myself, and even though it's a 35 min drive for me, it is totally worth it.

Dr Kepner did a thorough eye exam and explained everything so I understood. Tony, the owner and optician is also wonderful. They have been taking care of my family for many years and I highly recommend them all.

The staff here does an absolutely fantastic job! Dr. Kepner did a very thorough eye exam and the refraction was spot-on. The sales associates then helped me pick out a pair of glasses that was in my price range and looked good. Finally, they were able to cut the lenses and fit the frames while I waited. This is now the fourth pair of glasses I've gotten there in the last ten years. Every time, I've been very satisfied with the service. I highly reccomend this branch of Pearl Vision

Dr. Kepner and the staff are always great, friendly, and professional. I always enjoy my visits here, they make sure it goes smoothly. I appreciate how detailed Dr. Kepner is when explaining everything and making sure it is clear. He truly cares about your vision.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful for our first time appointment. The doctor also spoke Spanish and understood which its a plus for my mom . We will be coming back for our annual eye visits 😀

My experience at Pearle Vision, from booking to seeing Dr. Kepner, was truly wonderful. The place is neat and clean.
