10/10 recommend this location! Jackie is friendly and amazing and Arika did not try to up sale anything and I was actually able to save money with her recommendations! I’ll definitely be going back when I need another eye exam.
Living In My Now
I LOVE my provider here, he is the absolute best (5 star worthy) and worth continuing coming to this location. If it wasn't for him I would not come here. Unfortunately, the staff has left much to be desired (2 star worthy). The only staff member that's decent is an older lady who is normally friendly. The others seem like you're bothering them and they are supposed to be helping you as a part of their job. The front desk lady was very flat, uninterested, and just bland. The young dark haired girl that helps with the glasses was the worst. She made it seem like I was bothering her. She was very cold and dismissive. I went elsewhere to get my glasses done because I did not want to change I would have to deal with her again. Picking glasses is supposed to be a fun and exciting experience but she turned me off.

It's is amazing that this place is still around with such horrible people working there. I was "greeted" by a young woman with a permanent scowl. She never made eye contact, never smiled, treated me like an annoyance instead of a customer.
As I was waiting for my appointment, an older woman walked in and literally looked down her nose at me before going to sit in the empty glasses showroom.
So sorry to be a customer. I will not make that mistake again!

In February 2025, I purchased eyeglasses from Pearle Vision. After receiving the glasses, I began experiencing severe, debilitating headaches when wearing them.
Within the allowed return/exchange timeframe, I returned to the store a couple of weeks later to address the issue and seek assistance. I explained the problem and asked whether I could exchange the glasses or make adjustments so I could have a pair that I am able to wear comfortably.
During that visit, I was told by a salesperson that the issue was my fault for not selecting “thicker frames,” despite this not being explained to me at the time of purchase. I was not informed that frame choice could result in this type of issue or that a different selection might be necessary for comfort or proper fit.
When I asked about an exchange or any possible resolution, I was told that nothing could be done, even though I was still within the return/exchange period.

I had a truly exceptional experience at the doctor’s office. The doctor himself was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every detail of my condition and treatment plan. His professionalism and kindness made the entire visit comfortable and reassuring. Additionally, the secretaries on his team were exceptionally pleasant and attentive. They were always ready to answer any questions I had, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease throughout the process.
The sales team also played a significant role in my positive experience. They were spectacular in their approach, providing excellent service and guidance. Jackie, in particular, was outstanding. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect pair of glasses. The final result was fantastic, and I am absolutely delighted with my new eyewear. Overall, I am very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of professional and friendly medical and optical care.
