Pearle Vision Edina

To provide context, if you review my other business feedback, this is only the second negative review I have ever written. I do not leave critical reviews lightly. While the front desk staff was friendly, they were not adequately trained. It took three separate phone calls just to successfully pay my bill with a credit card. After that, it required two additional calls to receive my prescription. When I finally received it, the prescription was incorrect. I was given a prescription for reading glasses, which I did not need, and I was not provided a prescription for distance glasses, which was the primary reason for my visit. This resulted in unnecessary delays, confusion, and frustration. With so many optical providers available, I would recommend that potential patients research other options before choosing this location.

Save yourself and never come here. Before I left for Arizona to live, this negligent man was supposed to adjust my glasses, broke them and never warned me that he could melt them apart. All I wanted was an adjustment. I came back in town and had to call 20 times after they promised to replace them. I had to go into the physical store just to get them and instead of looking for the frames, Rob the man who runs this location, made me leave only to come back. Just don’t com here. Worst customer service of my life. All I wanted was an adjustment. What hell.

The worst experience ever! Staff is simply rude and not skilled at all. The manager thinks she is a beauty queen and treats customers like crap. Wake up Pearl vision and get quality people who actually like to do their job.

Overall i’d say average-above avg experience at Pearle Vision in Edina. First time getting contacts. Professional staff and answered all my questions. My appointments were fairly quick leaving me wondering the validity of my actual eye assessment. We’ll have to see if this new prescription is the one for me. Thanks to all regardless.

Poor customer service!! The optometrist was very skilled, but I am not satisfied with the overall service ( and the kids’ selection was very limited). When I called to check the order status, the response was unfriendly. They didn’t ask whose glasses I was calling about and simply sad, “just wait until we call you” if the glasses arrived. After waiting 4 weeks since placing the order, I called again today. I was told that they had supposedly sent a message 20 days ago, which I never received. If I hadn’t called today, we would’ve continued, waiting unnecessarily, despite the glasses already being ready.

Horrible customer service from the store manager. Don’t order any glasses/ contacts from this place. I came in 2-3 weeks ago to get my glasses (Lens/Frames) replaced. I paid $50 but only got my lenses replaced. Manager tried to replaced the frames with another frames from the counter. What a joke. He also said he was replacing my frames for free when i literally paid to get them replaced in the first place.
