Pearle Vision Maple Grove

Tracy at Maple Grove was amazing! She took the time to go through so many glasses with me and find the exact ones I liked and that actually fit me well. She explained how they should fit and was honest on whether they looked too big, too small, not the right style or color. Amazing! She also explained our insurance in full and gave me a lay out of what I could use it for each year! Yes, the cost was more than a Costco or Target, but the experience will keep me coming back here. So glad I decided to pop in and look at glasses here! Thanks Tracy!

I’ve been going to this Pearle Vision since the mid-1990s, and I’ve always had such a great experience. All of the doctors and eye techs are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and kind. Even though I now live in a different part of the metro, I continue to come here because I truly feel their service is top-notch. I always leave feeling well taken care of and happy with my experience. I highly recommend them!

This was my first time visiting this location, and I was very appreciative of Dr. Hume and Tracy’s recommendations (helping me decide between contacts or glasses, and which style best suits me). They are kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have my info saved for when I am ready to buy, since my favorite pair of glasses is definitely $$$ ! :)

Dr Luehmann and Blake were absolutely wonderful to work with. Took their time to talk with me and ensure I was happy with their services.Their skill and knowledge was very evident. Impressive collection of frames too. Highly recommend!

Had the best experience at Pearle Vision in Maple Grove today. Was able to secure a same-day exam and the Optometrist was so kind and thorough. When it was time to pick out glasses, the person helping me (I didn’t catch their name but they had the coolest neck tattoo and piercings!) was so fun and really gave me confidence to make the decisions that I was excited about. It was a 10/10 experience and I will definitely come back to this location!

I am giving 5 stars to Pearle Vision in Maple Grove, MN. My first eye exam appointment didn’t go well & subsequently, I wrote a public, negative review about my experience with the doctor who examined me. I won’t go into it. The very next day I received a call from Kit, the manager of Pearle Vision. He’d read my negative review and reached out to me apologetically offering a way to fix it. He was so kind & understanding. And you know what? Kit DID fix it!! I scheduled a 2nd appointment with a different doctor, Doctor Lehmann, who was absolutely wonderful. I was so impressed by her professionalism, her thoroughness, her attitude, her personality & her “bedside manner “. She was so easygoing and explained everything she was doing before she did it. She clearly went over the results with me in a way I could understand. She was awesome. I really want to express my gratitude & respect towards Kit (store manager) for contacting me & letting me know that he truly cared about my negative experience & how willing he was to make it right. After his call I remember thinking WOW! Pearle Vision is so fortunate to have Kit as their manager. This man is not only knowledgeable, capable, professional & approachable- he is an incredible PEOPLE PERSON! His commitment to customer service is above & beyond. I’m so impressed with this team! I walked out the door with a huge smile on my face. Shout out to Lynn who took care of the initial pre exam protocol. Fantastic job, Lynn! GO TO PEARLE VISION IN MAPLE GROVE NOW! Do it!! I recommend 100% for anyone that is starting out with brand new glasses. The doctors are really nice and very friendly. Especially all staff there. Very impressed by their service.

The person assisting me was extremely patient, helpful and gave me lots of options while looking for new frames. When they were ready for pick up the same person assisted with making sure they were adjusted properly! Don’t know their name but young Hispanic male

I always go here because they are so helpful all the time with selecting glasses. They have each other give opinions which one they like the best. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about what glasses fit your face. Keeps me coming back!

Rarely do I review an eye clinic but they are just fabulous!! Kind, professional and just above par. I love Blake! He has a true passion for what he does and was so fun and helpful with helping me find my glasses. Give him a raise 🤩 I will totally recommend this place. Thank you!
