Both the Doctor and Cheryl in the retail space were helpful, entertaining and made me feel comfortable.

Switched over to Pearle Vision because I used to go to Saint Paul eye and never had any other medical issues. I always got glasses here but never exams. Dr. Sarah was nice and very informative about the exam. It was quick and easy. I was out of there pretty quickly. Customer service is nice as well.

Dr. Nathan Haverkamp is very nice and professional. He took care of me and I got my exam done easily. The workers are all wonderful and helpful. I'm so glad I came here instead of America's Best nearby Ross. Also if you get lost looking for the place, it's on the bottom floor pass the carousel walking towards hot topic and turning left to go to JCPenny. It'll be on the right side.

They were amazing ! Tasha was so helpful in assisting me in finding the right Rayban Meta glasses !

Dr. Derek was great and incredibly knowledgeable during my glasses and contact exam, as well as contact fitting given I had lasik in the past which may have changed how contacts sit on my eyes. I come here annually, but this is my first time with Dr. Derek and felt the need to give him a shout out! Additionally, the staff were patient and supportive as we worked through understanding my new insurance coverage.

Had an appt with Dr Derek Wu on 12/12/25, he is great. I got hooked up with Trevor to pick out new glasses. He helped me pick out frames and spent quality time with me and explained everything so well. Picked up my new sunglasses on 1/2/26 any they are great!

Tosh was amazing! She helped my elderly mother pick out sunglasses. She was so friendly and patient. We told her she deserved to be employee of the year.😊🎉

K people. Eye exam was fine. Ordered and received my glasses! The one's I choose weren't the one's I really wanted, but affordable for me! (The person I worked with was well aware of this fact) but choose to say nothing about return policy!! Received the glasses and wore them for awhile, started having headaches!! Would go away after wearing my old glasses!! Called Pearle Vision, explained my issues, was told to just bring them back for a refund. Nothing was EVER said to me about a restocking fee!! EVER!! Ask for a print out of my invoice!! Noticed about restocking fee of $100.00 ,now I get a restocking fee, but 100 dollars is very excessive (in my opinion) then ask about refund back to my card!! Oh no, you have to wait for a paper check to be received by snail mail and can take up to two weeks!!! I find it very interesting that they can charge my card and payment is issued immediately!! But when payment coming back to consumer it takes so long!! Needless to say I will not be going back to Pearle Vision...as a consumer I feel very taken advantage of!! 12/16/25 Many thanks for working with me to make my experience better!!
