Five star PLUS for this Pearle Vision in Highland Park! Dr. Randgaard and staff exceeded all expectations. Dr. Randgaard patiently explained some issues I am having with my eyes now that I am closing in on 70 years old. I will definitely be coming back to this location for my yearly eye exam. The customer service is phenomenal…thank you! 😊

My experience with the eye doctors at this location has always been great. The one employee who goes above and beyond every time for me is Salecia. On multiple occasions, Salecia has taken time to repair my glasses — she is incredibly nice and patient and fun and super talented. Salecia is the reason I continue to go here.

Dr. Parrott is absolutely wonderful! He's very professional, highly skilled and extremely personable - all the attributes one looks for in a doctor. He took the time to explain to me what was going on with my eyes - in layman's terms so I could actually understand! He even used a model to demonstrate. I will definitely be going back to see him when I need my next exam!

Dr. Randgaard and Dr. Parrott are both professional & knowledgeable; they thoroughly explain everything so that a Lehman can understand what’s going on with their eyes. Dr. Parrot is always very patient & kind with my son whom has special needs. Last but not least; the remaining staff at this location are phenomenal people that are always welcoming, polite, and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone seeking top notch eye care.

I had the pleasure of meeting with a wonderful in-take woman who was cheerful, smiling, comprehensive and knowledgable. The woman I met with to select glasses was also knowledgable, helpful, smiling, and personable. A completely enjoyable visit! When I went to pick up my new glasses, the staff was friendly, knowledgable and gave me immediate service. I love my new glasses. I just saw Dr. Randgaard for the first time yesterday, and he's great! He answered all my questions thoroughly and was willing to look up a niche insurance thing that I mentioned, which will hopefully save me some money on my contacts. The rest of the staff were also friendly and helpful!

Today I was helped by Mary Jo. I genuinely cannot express the level of gratitude I feel for this amazing woman. The way she took care of me and helped me out within a stressful situation is beyond admirable. She helped me problem solve, she was understanding, and she even remembered me from a year ago! But most importantly she has an immense amount of humility and compassion in her heart. The dedication she puts into her job speaks volumes within her customer service interactions. Anybody of any age will 100% be taken care of by this angel. She needs a raise immediately, and that even an understatement. I have had my annual eye exam several times here, and I'll continue returning in the future. Everyone is kind and communicates clearly. They're very helpful with contact prescriptions and ordering.

Pearle Vision in Highland Park does a great job! The exam was excellent, very thorough, patient, and helpful, answering all my questions. I love my new glasses, needing an update after several years.

I have been a patient at Pearle Vision since the early 80's as a child, now they take care of my childrens visual health. We had an appointment at 2:15 yesterday 4/01/26 and we were almost 20 minutes late and they still fit us in right away. Friendly staff, great Doctor, extra clean facility, accepts our insurance. I couldn't be more pleased with my family's level of care!
