I want to give a special shout out to the older shorter lady up front that works during the evenings. Im sorry I didnt get your name. I appreciate your help and how amazing you are. I see how you have to baby sit the young ones (20-26 year olds) and how theyre always on their phones while you do all the work. I see you, I acknowledge you. They should give you a raise and promote you to manager at this point! I also appreciated my doctor who was kind, quick and efficient. Those 2 people are the only reason why this is getting 5 stars. I would have rated 3 prevously.

There was a slight mixup, and this God sent woman named Ophelia really helped me out. She was such an angel and fixed everything. I had an amazing experience because of her, and I am so grateful she was truly a godsend. Ophelia the manager and the other employee Marco were absolutely amazing along with the Dr that seen me.

Staff was very welcoming as I walked in the door & ready to assist me immediately. Ophelia (and the rest of the crew) went above & beyond to make my experience one to remember. After not being seen for years, I was treated like a friend that hadn’t been seen in a long time. Truly enjoyed my time here and look forward to following appointments with Ophelia’s smiling face!

Wow , everytime I come into this location I always get phenomenal service and great energy. I do want to give a very big shout out to Vivian , I have had my glasses broken or bent a couple times and she is always so willing to step in and help me on the spot ! I was sad my glasses were crooked and scared to send them out and she said let me see them and within five minutes she had them looking brand new ! She wouldn’t even accept a small tip for the appreciation of her services ! The rest of the staff is amazing as well but every time I see Vivian in there I know I can walk out feeling good about being helped ! Thank you again Vivian and thank you Pearle Vision for hiring such a great team! Favorite location I’ve been too in last 16 years !

Ophelia is simply the best. My kids and I have worn glasses for years so we are no strangers to the process. But Ophelia is truly next level customer service. I’ve not had a retail experience like this in over 20 years. She went way above and beyond to get my son the pair of glasses he really wanted. Ophelia is smart, knowledgeable, kind, honest, accommodating and very hard working. She truly wanted us to have an exceptional experience at Pearl Vision, and she provided that what my son really wanted and she did everything she could to make sure he got the frames he wanted Our experience at Pearl Vision; specifically with Ophelia; made my entire month. I cannot recommend her enough.

I had such a good experience today. It was my first time at a pearl vision in West Saint Paul. My optician Ophelia was fantastic she was able to pull up my insurance. Took her time with me finding the right pair of glasses, she didn't rush me to hurry up. And believe me I can never make my mind up lol. Ophelia was very helpful in helping me make my decision on the perfect pair. So if your looking for a good eye clinic and down to earth employees who care about you as an individual not a number come on in to Pearl Vision.

Had a great experience getting glasses for my teen, the doctor was friendly, and the staff member Jovita was very friendly and helpful she made our visit smooth and relaxed and was helpful with picking out a style of glasses. Prices were great and they had a nice variety of glasses to work with anyones budget. My experience was great!
