We love Dr. Long! She’s so personable, funny, and smart! We enjoy going to this Pearle Vision. They’ve always been very kind to us. They are willing to work with you and figure out your benefits with your specific insurance. It can get spendy, but again, that is totally based on your insurance/your choice(s) and not on Pearle Vision. This location has so many frames, cute sunglasses, contacts, and more. Thank you guys for being great to work with! <3

Dr. DuBois, Dr. Koeppe, and the entire team at Pearle Vision in Fargo are outstanding. They’re professional, patient, and genuinely take the time to understand my specific needs and real-world use cases. They listen closely, ask great questions, and make recommendations that actually fit the challenges I’m trying to solve, not a one-size-fits-all approach. They have a huge selection, the process is easy from start to finish, and the turnaround time is quick. I also really appreciate how comfortable they make the experience—I can ask any question without feeling rushed or judged. Great pricing, great service, and a team that treats you like an individual. Highly recommend.

Great experience at Pearle Vision. Amanda Salter and Megan were the best. They helped me find the perfect glasses when I didn’t know what I was looking for. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Friendly and professional staff. Appreciate that Dr. DuBois always takes time to make sure all of my questions are answered.

My husband, my 1 year old, and myself all had appointments. Everyone we spoke to was wonderful. They were patient, our doctors helped educate us on our eye health and what to expect or look out for for our baby. Picking out glasses I had help and good recommendations from a staff member, and they explained everything while we worked through options for the lenses. Very thorough, pleasant, and overall great experience :)

Today I came to pick up my new glasses. I was sad to be saying goodbye to my old frames but then Phil pulled out my new glasses and he told me that they looked great. He proceeded to adjust the frames. He got them perfect, absolutely perfect, in the first try. I have a small nose and he completely understood how tight, but not too tight, around the ears I needed. I was in and out in only 10 minutes! Next time I go I'm going to ask for Phil again. He was so great to work with!!!

I’ve been going to this location for about 7 years now. I have seen a few different doctors and have loved them all. The front desk staff has always been courteous, friendly, and helpful. The opticians have always been personable, made me feel comfortable, and never rushed. They always explain my benefits to me. They’re always willing to order in other frames for me to try. I have not one complaint! Good job, Pearl Vision! 👏🏻

Dr. Dubois is not only thorough but seems to goes more in depth to make sure what I think is optimal vision is at the highest level possible. She is knowledgeable and approachable - no question is out of her scope. Her staff is wonderful as well. Not only are the knowledge about lenses - they are honest! I love that if I am asking their opinion on a frame, they are not afraid to tell me what they like or don’t as well as find the pair that is perfect!
