I recently had my annual eye exam with Dr Patel and was very pleased with her professionalism and she created a very relaxing experience. The staff were most helpful in helping me select my new glasses. Highly recommend.

This place was really great. The receptionist guy at the desk was very friendly. Dr. Patel was absolutely amazing! She was very sweet, friendly, and knowledgeable with everything. She takes the time to explain everything in detail if there’s something you don’t understand. She takes the time to examine you thoroughly. On the other hand, one of the ladies that works the eyeglass area was a little rude when I was trying to do the eyeglass process. Seemed like she was in a hurry to get done.

Everybody was so kind and patient. I was not totally prepared for the cost, but the gentleman(I didn’t get his name) at the front desk very clearly explained it, even though I was visibly frustrated, he was extremely nice and patient. Dr Antoine was very sweet and professional. She was a pleasure to work with. It was a great appointment and I appreciate the staff there.

My mother’s eyeglasses broke, and after trying several eyeglass stores in the area with no luck, this was the only place willing to help—and they actually fixed them. We didn’t even purchase the glasses here, which really speaks to their honesty, kindness, and commitment to customer satisfaction. I believe the person who helped us was Jennifer. Truly grateful. Kudos!

Superb experience!! Upon arrival, Jennifer greeted me with a friendly and professional welcome. She knows her product extremely well and assisted me in making the right choice for a nice looking eyeglass frame. I would have to say Jennifer is the consummate professional and could be a poster child for Pearle vision!

Chris and Kate were just awesome! I had a pair of glasses there for 6months and they still kept them, called regularly and treated me as important! They made sure that I did not lose the extra money. That is true true customer service. When I finally came in, they were nothing but smiles, willing to help me, fit my glasses perfectly and make me feel at home. Love it! Thank you, thank you for making it worth while to buy the 1 yr insurance and come to Pearl!! Just awesome!

I was impressed with my experience from start to end at this location. Dr. Patel and her staff are great! Dr. Patel was very thorough, knowledgable, personable, and patient. After getting my eyes checked, I decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses. Picking out a new frame was easy and fun with the help of the staff! Luke was a joy to work with and helped me from start to end. The manager Kate was helpful and, together with Luke, went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. Talia and Denise were pleasant and very helpful as well! Keep up the great customer service, guys!

I had an amazing experience at Pearl Vision in Rockaway. Laura was patient when I called in multiple times asking questions, Dr. Patel was so helpful and patient as well, she really took the time to make sure I had the right prescription. Also the moment you walk through the door you can feel the energy of the entire staff. Everyone is so polite and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.
