Outstanding Customer Service! I ordered some prescription sunglasses a few weeks ago, and unfortunately something happened with the order which is understandable. I received a phone call from Josh who is an optician at this store, and he was very pleasant to talk to. He was apologizing for the issue and made me feel comfortable with the wait and he assured me he would find a replacement as soon as possible. I did not meet him till a few days later when I picked them up but on the phone he treated me as if we knew each other for a while and answered all my questions and I asked for his opinion about the frames. Very knowledgeable staff, very polite, and very organized store. I got my frames on now and because of Josh’s advice, I got a better lens and it’s the best pair I’ve worn yet. Very light frame that feels like I am not even wearing anything. I would recommend this store to anyone in the market for new frames. If you want a professional experience with top customer service then check this location out.

My visit to Pearl vision in Iselin, was one of the best experiences. This was all because of the new management. Elias and Nakye are asset to this place. They made sure my frame was best fit and I was satisfied with the order. I will be back just because of their friendly and outgoing service. Thank you, I really appreciate it.

I went to Pearle Vision for an eye exam and I was seen by Dr.Chawla ,she was excellent she took her time examining my eyes explained everything and gave me a trial contacts until my order arrives..very nice and professional..for sure I will recommend her to family and friends.. I also needed new glasses since my prescription changed and i was introduced to JAYLEE the kindest person I ever had to deal with in a doctor’s office.. she tried her very best to work with my insurance to get me the best deal I can.. what a great experience.. thank you.. I also want to thank Elias and Mel for all of their help.. and last but not least the store manager Nakye for all of her help.. And yes I asked for their names because they deserve a thank you and an appreciation..

If I could give this place 100000 stars I would. I had an emergency right before my trip and ended up walking into Pearle Vision. They instantly made all the accommodations to set me up with a last min eye exam and a pair of new glasses. The process from the moment I walked in and Jaylee greeted me and booked me an eye exam. To Nakye who went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me pick out a pair of eyeglasses. I felt like I’ve known her all my life. With her help and Elias, the entire team made sure to get me my pair of glasses before my trip. I’ve never experienced such amazing service before. Amazing team. The doctor was very friendly and through. Thank you so so much!!

My name is Kevin Jr! I needed my frames replaced Nakye (The store general manager) did an amazing job helping me not only replace them but fix my old pair as well. Elias (the Optician) did a fast job at swapping out my lenses into the new frames and was very sociable. I'd recommend anyone come here if they need anything done great customer service.

Great customer service provided at Pearle Vision today! Nakye went above and beyond in giving informative options/ plans to choose from which helped to reduce the stress levels tremendously. Elias repaired old frames almost back to its original state to use as a backup pair, if needed. I would definitely recommend the Iselin / Woodbridge location to family & friends.

I had a pleasant experience while being at this establishment. Carolina Jen and Josh were very friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to help me with choosing the right set of glasses that would fit me well. The eye exam was done by Dr.Chawla, she was professional and she took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel completely comfortable. All parts of my experience here was very enjoyable , the customer service was outstanding, and I’ll definitely be returning for eye exams and new glasses.

This morning I had the pleasure of having my optical concerns and needs addressed by your on hand staff. Everyone was pleasantly polite and helpful. I was assisted by a young lady named Mel. Mel was exceptionally patient and helpful. She addressed all of my concerns and answered all questions with the highest level of professionalism. Wishing all continued success.

I was helped by Nakye and Kellse- these two were so amazing and patient with me. I was in and out really quickly to buy a new frame and lenses. I’m super happy with the service here. This was my first time visiting this location.

I’ve been using Pearle Vision for over 5 years in Paramus, Nj. Today I had an emergency with my current contacts I had on. The Pearle Vision in this location happened to be the closest one to where I work. I dealt with Steven who resolved my issue very smoothly. I was quite impressed with the level of his customer service. I’m seriously considering switching over to this Pearle Vision due to how well he handle my emergency. Give this man a raise.
