I had a great experience at Pearle Vision on West Sunset. Parking was easy, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The assistants were quick and efficient, and they explained all of the paperwork and procedures clearly. What really stood out was the optometrist. She was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She had such an upbeat, energetic personality that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything she was seeing, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my eye health and treatment options. I never felt rushed and truly felt cared for as a patient. The entire experience was organized, professional, and positive. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

Loved the customer service the moment I walked in! Eye doctor was amazing, and the glasses tech Melissa, she was a gem! Melissa’s personality was sweet, kind, and went out of her way! I normally don’t do reviews, but the service was amazing and I will keep going there. I have been going here over 10 years.

Melissa was amazing! Super friendly and passionate about her job. She has great taste in glasses and is honest when sharing her likes/dislikes and recommendations. We will definitely be back just because of her and to work with her! ♥️

Efficient, friendly, professional and caring. Lauren, was very friendly, and patient. We both had each other laughing. Great customer service from the time I walked in, to the time I left. Dr. Estrella, was very thorough and showed that she really cared. All around a great place to go for eye care!

This is the best eye care center I have ever been to. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly. Aubrey is my favorite. She let me know I had dual vision insurance, which I was unaware of. She explained all of my benefits for both insurances. She took the time to calculate numbers and get me the best discounts to spend the least out-of-pocket. She was very patient and made it a pleasant experience. The doctors are fantastic as well. They took the time to answer all of my questions and are very friendly.

Great experience - girl at the front desk was kind, personable, and helpful. With the initial tests, she patiently walked me through the steps, even when I was confused. The doctor, was so cheerful and bubbly, and thoroughly answered my questions. I always get so nervous with eye exams, because I work 10-12 hours daily with a lot of screen time, and I'm always terrified of my worsening vision. But her positive energy definitely eased my fears a bit. I think I'd always be nervous for eye exams, but at least next year, I won't dread it Lol. After my exam, I requested my Rx to take with me, and they didn't try to push new glasses or upsell me. They simply told me about their current promo/when it ended, and that was that. I was out within the hour, and I didn't wait long to get started, maybe 10 minutes after I arrived.

I when in today just to get my frame, I did my exam at the location in Nellis, but customer services was really poor, so I left there location and came to this location, where Melissa help me and WOW what a difference in customer service! Melissa help me in choosing the right pair of glasses, she has an amazing customer service. In all the years I have been with pear vision she has been the best at customer service! Definitely coming back for her!

I went to the Stephanie and Sunset location. It was busy, but I received great care and was treated very well by her staff. Dr. Nguyen is amazing! She cares for her patients and pays attention to detail! 5 stars!!!!

Always a good experience with the staff and Optometrist. We always are greeted and treated with kindness and respect. They are always patient with my little ones and always manage to find glasses within our budget thank you !

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything they were doing every step of the way. Pleasant experience. Recommend this location a thousand percent. 5 stars deserved. I would give them 10 stars if that was possible.
