Whay can I say about Pearle Vision?? The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!! I showed up for what I thought was my appointment time 9nly to find out I had actually booked the appointment at a different location BUT the staff was like "no worries" if you don't mind a little bit of a wait we can fit you in between other appointments......barely even had to wait! They got my daughter in within minutes and I only had to wait about maybe 15-20 minutes which was awesome! They explain every procedure and process and even have options if you aren't able to pay all of the bill on thay exact day. The doctor was also amazing! She was kind and informative and just all around caring! I will always go back to pearle vision!! ♥️♥️

Melissa was amazing! Super friendly and passionate about her job. She has great taste in glasses and is honest when sharing her likes/dislikes and recommendations. We will definitely be back just because of her and to work with her! ♥️

Efficient, friendly, professional and caring. Lauren, was very friendly, and patient. We both had each other laughing. Great customer service from the time I walked in, to the time I left. Dr. Estrella, was very thorough and showed that she really cared. All around a great place to go for eye care!

This is the best eye care center I have ever been to. Every staff member is welcoming and friendly. Aubrey is my favorite. She let me know I had dual vision insurance, which I was unaware of. She explained all of my benefits for both insurances. She took the time to calculate numbers and get me the best discounts to spend the least out-of-pocket. She was very patient and made it a pleasant experience. The doctors are fantastic as well. They took the time to answer all of my questions and are very friendly.

Excellent customer service!! Front desk staff very friendly and knowledgeable, reviewed my insurance and copay. Was moved through quickly, no long wait between exams. My doctor was very helpful and explained all details of my eye health! Very pleased 😀

Great experience - girl at the front desk was kind, personable, and helpful. With the initial tests, she patiently walked me through the steps, even when I was confused. The doctor, was so cheerful and bubbly, and thoroughly answered my questions. I always get so nervous with eye exams, because I work 10-12 hours daily with a lot of screen time, and I'm always terrified of my worsening vision. But her positive energy definitely eased my fears a bit. I think I'd always be nervous for eye exams, but at least next year, I won't dread it Lol. After my exam, I requested my Rx to take with me, and they didn't try to push new glasses or upsell me. They simply told me about their current promo/when it ended, and that was that. I was out within the hour, and I didn't wait long to get started, maybe 10 minutes after I arrived.

After my first experience here yesterday I would say the professionalism was over the top. I happened to have an appointment where too many people was there. It was not chaotic, but a positive energy where it felt oddly comfortable and I did notice the employees realizing that but continued to conduct their calmness and professional at any given cause. No complaints here. Thank you for helping me out.

A shout out to Melissa @ sunset/ Henderson location who helped me find my glasses. She so sweet ,very attentive and goes above and beyond, always made sure I had water , was happy with my purchase , and explained everything and got me the best deal that fit my situation . She knows how to be polite and kind with great customer service the company has found a gem and highly recommend her! Thank you Melissa!!!

I usually go to the location on Green Valley. This was my first visit at this location, and the doctor and staff at the Sunset location provided excellent customer service and professionalism. Fernando took his time to explain the different tests, he was friendly, and he made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very informative, polite and kind. I will continuiue going to this location in the future. I highly recommend Peale Vision and this particular location.Thanks Pearle Vision staff for making my first visit, a great experience.🙂

Melissa at the Pearl Vision on Sunset in Henderson is extremely knowledgable & helpful. I've always struggled getting reading/computer glasses that fit right, & now that I'm a new full time glasses wearer too it was especially important to get the right fit. I had purchased distance glasses from another location but wasn't sized properly for frames so they kept slipping down even after adjustments because they were way too big for me. Melissa instantly realized the sizing issue & knew that it was more than an adjustment could fix. She helped me get sized correctly for new frames, & also helped me with finding a style I feel confident in. Today I went back in for new reading glasses, & requested she be the one to help me. Again, she was very kind & helpful & together we picked out new reading glasses frames I really love & am excited to have them soon. I highly recommend her!
