I had my glasses break on the morning of my graduation day and needed an urgent replacement before walking the stage. Thankfully, everyone at Pearle Vision helped me out tremendously with speed and diligence to get me my replacement same-day! Everyone was so kind and supportive and I will never forget their help. Thank you again!!

My experience with Pearle Vision was great they have a awesome staff. Dr. Jones is a nice optometrist, and Juan, Janet and the entire staff make sure your comfortable, offers a bottle of cold water on a hot day, and the place is huge. They also have a nice collection of frames to choose from. The Valley Verde Drive location is in a nice shopping plaza where there's a Papa John's Pizza, Port Of Subs, Nail Salon, Smith's Grocery, and many places to eat and shop. I'm glad I chosen this location. Dr. Kopolow, Dr. Girisgen, Dr. Jones, and Staff are waiting for you at Pearle Vision go stop by, and say hello. Oh don't forget about the free samples for dry eyes, just ask.

My mom and I were both seen by Dr. Jones for our eye exams, and we had a great experience. Dr. Jones is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She took the time to answer our questions and made us both feel comfortable throughout our appointments. Her staff was also friendly, welcoming, and professional. We truly felt well taken care of and highly recommend Dr. Jones to anyone looking for an excellent eye doctor!

The staff at Pearl Vision was friendly, professional, accommodating, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. We hadn’t been to Pearl Vision in quite a while and had been going elsewhere, but after this visit, we realized we should have never switched. The level of customer service, attention, and care we received was outstanding and far exceeded our experience at the other place. The team made us feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of. We’re happy to be back and will definitely continue coming to Pearl Vision. Highly recommend!

I have never been a customer here before, but yesterday was INCREDIBLY hot and I have no AC, so I walked in to cool off for a moment and I just wanted to give everyone that works there a big thank you!! I was overheating so bad, and all of the staff were so kind and gave me water and let me cool off before driving the rest of the way home. Thank you so much for looking out for me, even if I wasn't a patient!!!

The staff was super knowledgeable, really friendly, and patient. Explained everything in detail. Honestly one of the best eye centers I’ve been to in a while! My only issue is the cost of frames. Many were high end at $500+ with only a small selection of inexpensive ones. I would definitely come back for an eye exam again!

Truly great experience and frame collection. It’s hard to find a good eye doctor and I found her here. She’s professional, thorough and made sure I understood. The whole staff are amazing!! My glasses came much faster than they said even with transition lenses.

Great place! Picked for location but then my husband was thereb4 yrs ago! Everyone was nice and fast service!! Lucy was great, the guy who helped my husband too! The DR was fantastic with patience 🤣🤣! We will be returning here for sure!!
