Great service, fast results and well explained of what will happen each step of the way. Never worn glasses before but felt very comfortable making a decision on the right pair. They made it very easy from start to finish!

All staff were incredible! From the receptionist, to the staff that assisted with preliminary testing before the doctor performed the actual eye exam, to the doctor himself -- I had a great interaction with every single staff member I spoke with. Everyone was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy being there/helping patients. I'll definitely be back and will refer family/friends :)

This place is great. I went to the location on Nellis Blvd back in October of last year and the doctor saw something in my eye that could have been a retinal problem so she referred me to a specialist to have it checked out. When I went to the specialist he told me the eye looked fine but if I suddenly start seeing floaters, flashing lights, or a black curtain to immediately let them know because that means the retina is detaching and needs to be operated right away or I could go blind on that eye. I went home not worried. Fast forward to May of this year I started seeing floaters and flashing lights so I made another appointment with the specialist and sure enough, I had a hole in my retina and it was detaching. I got an emergency surgery the next day on May 15 and I’m now recovering. I did lose a lot of vision but that’s way better that being completely blind on that eye. Had it not been for the eye doctor’s recommendation at this location, I would have taken my sweet old time getting that checked out when the symptoms showed up and I would have probably lost my vision completely on that eye. Now I’m just waiting for my new prescription glasses so that I can see normal again. Thank you Doctor at Pearl Vision on Nellis. I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she’s great and the entire staff is very professional. I highly recommend it. 🙏🏻🤓

The staff who assisted us at this location is way better than their Henderson location. Maricela is awesome, respectful, nice, accommodating and have a positive attitude. She took care of my mom. But the young eye doctor lady is not polite, not respectful, and rushed me big time! She did my eye exam for less than 3mins!

I had a really positive experience at Pearle Vision. Danielle at the nellis location is who helped me was kind, patient, and truly attentive to my needs. She took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. It’s rare to come across someone who is both professional and genuinely caring, and it made a big difference in my experience. I’m very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this location to others.

This place was busy, but the wait wasn't long. The service moved efficiently, and it was well worth the visit. The eye doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly. Even though the office was busy, I felt well cared for and never rushed. Plenty of parking spaces.

My everyday glasses were damaged in the Belizean land. Thank the Lord for Pearle Vision serving our community. Brenda was absolutely a gem in the industry and assisted me within minutes during a time when they were a little busy. Thanks so much team!

I like the eye doctor explained everything about my eye, refer me to a specialist, the counter guy that showed me the glasses was very pleasant, helpful and picking my glasses and I gave him a five and the eye doctor. Five. I really appreciate him walking me out the door, I was very hospitality of them. Thanks for everything. Was very happy with the visit. Can’t wait to see you next year.

My Daughter and I picked up our Glasses the lady was very Nice, Helpful and Courteous!!!! She even went out of her way to open the door when we left. Thank you very much!!! We will definitely be coming back next year for our Annual Eye Exam.

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable of the questions asked. They were able to work with me and all while maintaining a friendly attitude! Highly recommend coming here for all your eye care needs
