My husband and I were greeted as soon as we walked in. The front desk was very helpful with our appointment. Dr. Wells was absolutely amazing! She was very thorough and listened to all of my concerns. Our optician Manuche was so knowledgeable and helped me pick out a frame that really worked for my lifestyle. The General manager Dannielle was also very helpful with anything that we needed. This is truly one of the best ran office's I've ever been in. I will definitely recommend to all of my friend's and family.

I had a great experience with Dr. Wells and her staff. My 11:20 a.m. appointment started right on time, and everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Wells took the time to explain everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was able to get glasses through my insurance, which was a plus. Although some of the upgraded frame options were more than I wanted to spend, my overall experience was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Wells and her team!

After my longtime eye doctor went out of business, I was nervous about finding a new place, but I’m so glad I found this office. My prescription had changed quite a bit, and they were incredibly patient while helping me trial different contacts until we finally got the perfect fit. My right eye especially was giving us trouble, but they never made me feel rushed or frustrated and kept working with me until it felt right. The doctor is so kind and patient, the front staff is always welcoming and complimentary, and I genuinely have a great experience every time I go in. On top of that, they were able to help me get a really great price in the end. So thankful to have found them!

I had had great visits here since moving to Vegas. 2 years ago after a car accident one of the Dr's took his time with me to hear concerns and referred me to a specialist to care for my right eye. Recently I saw dr wells and she was great, along with the staff. I was interested in contacts after wearing glasses for 12 years. She took time to ensure I was comfortable with the change and the staff helped place them then taught me how to remove and replace them. They also gave me pediatric eye drs for my 3yr old for routine care. Thanks so much to the staff and providers!

She is always quick to greet every guest, eager to assist, and incredibly knowledgeable. For returning clients, she already has an idea of what styles and frames will complement them best, making the entire experience feel personal and effortless. Tamara consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate the level of care and attention she gives to every customer. Then there’s Dr. Wells. She has elevated this location to an entirely new standard of excellence. Dr. Wells genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time to listen, educate, and ensure everyone receives the best possible care. In today’s world, finding a doctor who is both highly skilled and sincerely compassionate is priceless. She never rushes her patients and always makes you feel valued. The transformation of this location has been remarkable. What was once often quiet is now thriving and bustling with patients, and much of that success is a reflection of the leadership, professionalism, and dedication of Dr. Wells, Tamara, and the entire team. The folks at Pearle Vision were super nice, super positive, and were professional and the Dr. was super thourough! The Dr. was informative, she explained my test results, and made sure to let me know what to watch for and why.

Doctor was amazing, with my family. Definitely recommend the staff was amazing Everyone was polite and nice & all our needs were met. We always go to pearl vision to get our glasses very good prices.🥰

Arrived early and was greeted right away. The staff was very pleasant and made me feel welcome and comfortable. I was seen for a medical reason, that being my dog smacked me in the eye, which caused a rupture of some blood vessels. My exam was extremely thorough and Dr. Wells is absolutely amazing. It is clear to see she loves her job and truly cares about the well being of her patients. I highly recommend Pearle Vision for all your eye care needs.

I went to the Pearle Vision on Green Valley first to confirm insurance coverage. The gal welcomed me in she advised she ask what I needed I said I need just glasses she asked if needed to make an appointment with the doctor I said no just lenses and to confirm coverage. She then let me know she had two other people ahead of me. Now mind you she was frustrated and rude about it… then sat down and said at the desk and said she wasn’t sure if she can tell me if I have coverage or not without setting up a profile well she was able to without setting up a full profile. She printed the information handed to me never offered me to wait or set me up for an appointment at that time another gal walked not sure if she was there to work upfront or what but I left. Later that day I went to the Pearle Vision on Maryland the manager and she was more than helpful and yes it was later in the day that there were more staff members available. I have worked with public majority of my working career the way the gal treated me was unacceptable no matter how busy you are I really felt belittled. I watched all the employees at the Pearle Vision on Maryland they acted like they enjoyed their job. The doctor that came with a patient on Green Valley didn’t even say good morning or even had a smile. The employee that walked in for the to didn’t have a smile when the gal helping said good morning to her. Come on people we are watching it makes a difference to a lot of us and the feeling you put out!!!!
