Pearle Vision Las Vegas

I’ve been coming here since 2020, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this office. Everyone is always so kind, welcoming, and helpful. They take the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable instead of rushing you through your appointment. A special shoutout to Namya, who is my absolute favorite! She is always so friendly, caring, and professional, and she truly goes above and beyond to make every visit a great experience. On my most recent visit, they even gave me complimentary sunglasses and lenses, which was such a thoughtful surprise.

Great customer care and service. Felt like they took the time to get the full picture of eye health. Explained tests/results/what they saw well. I'll be picking up my glasses in about a week or so, but they were able to change out the lenses on my old ones too. Overall, a great experience and if I knew it would be this smooth and easy, I would've made an appointment so much sooner.

Excellent visit. The doctor was very thorough and kept me informed throughout the exam. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and helpful. They made the process of purchasing my glasses quick and easy.

Amazing Service and Customer Service! Went in on Saturday & also First time at an eye Doc. Appointment. I’m glad they were open on Saturday that was a Plus ! Everyone was very welcoming starting from the front desk to ending with the Doc. Absolutely recommend this Place.

Best eye clinic in town after living in Vegas for 10+ years. Reservation was super easy, front desk were friendly and welcoming. I want to shout out to Dr. Amy Hitzeman as she was super patient and knowledgable when explaining cataract with my mom. My mom took her advice and did cataract surgery for both eyes, now she can see clearly. After the surgery, we came back to Pearle Vision for a new pair of reading glasses, and we were lucky enough to meet Nasim, who was super caring and guided my mom every step of the way as she was choosing her frames even when it was almost close to the end of the day. I also appreciate how this shop offers some designer-style frames at affordable prices and they don't push you to those out-of-pocket luxury brands. Overall 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely come back!

I had such a wonderful experience at this location. All of the ladies were so professional and sweet. Special shout out to Bella!! She was so SO patient and encouraging when she was training me to put in my contacts for the first time. I can't imagine going to another location now!

Definitely an amazing location. My first time here and I was helped out by Stacy. She was super kind, informative and helped me choose my glasses no problem. I will be returning and I couldn't recommend her enough. Such a warm person!

The staff was great. They did an awesome from the minute I walked and was greeted. The reception did an awesome job laying out the process and getting me checked. The Dr explained everything to me, and listened to my questions and concerns. Thank you

Great experience. I had been to another location a few years ago so this was my first visit at this location. From booking appointments online for my children (13, 4) & myself, to the in office visit - everything was seamless. I was able to fill out all of our paperwork online, before the appointment, cutting down on office time. It took a total of 2 hours for all 3 visits. And the eye tech that was assessing my 4 year old son was incredibly kind and patient. Thank you!

I brought my dad in for his appointment. The front desk woman who took my dad to get the exam done before seeing the eye doctor was very polite with my dad and made sure he was comfortable. We then seen the eye doctor and she was so helpful and very informative with my dad. They made us feel welcomed and made sure my dad had what he needed for his eyes and really his health. His blood pressure was super high and within minutes they reduced his blood pressure by making it a relaxing visit. Definitely recommend coming here along with they did not pressure us into getting expensive things. I want to thank all the staff for taking care of him.
