I was first of all just happy with the fact that this office is on this side of town. Most eye exam are a 20-30 min drive anywhere. Ita a very nice, efficient office. Staff got both my kiddos in and out with new glasses ordered within an hr. Definitely recommended! They also let me know if for any reason I was near Summerlin or Henderson, I can drop in any location. Thats absolutely convenient.

The doctor was friendly, fast and got right to it. The thing that made me go out of my way to write this lengthy review is because of one specific person. I believe her name was Ashley, she helped my kids choose their glasses was absolutely amazing! She was so patient, kind, and encouraging while letting my kids try on different frames. She made the process fun instead of overwhelming and really took the time to help us find the perfect fit and style. We truly appreciated her help, I've worked in the hotel industry for ten plus years and I know how important it is to any business to have a good first impression. From start to finish, she was perfect. She is definitely an asset to that location, I unfortunately didn't have the best experience at the sunset location in henderson so super grateful that Ashley was able to change my opinion on this place. I will definitely be coming back here for many years!!

The entire staff from start to finish was amazing! Everyone was so patient, welcoming, caring and happy to be around. From Brianna (I hope I spelled your name correctly), to Giselle, Brandon, Christopher, Kate, Elizabeth (I hope I got everyone!) everyone was a 10/10!! I cannot rave enough. Make this location your one and only visit. You will not regret it. Update! Went back and got my daughter her glasses and once again, they were as friendly and helpful!! Quick adjustments to a replacement pair and she’s excited about her new pair! Thank you!!

Came on NYE 2025, had ripped contact stuck in my eye and needed contact exam. They took me same day. All the ladies up front were an absolute joy. Very kind and accommodating. Dr. Duran was my savior that day, he put some dye in my eye and thank goodness removed a half ripped contact lodged in my eye I was unable to remove myself. He did a thorough job with exam and took his time with me even though he was the sole Dr. with a room full of patients. Very reasonable pricing. Loved the VIP deal. Great visit all the way around.

Will be returning. First Doctor and staff that didn’t make me feel like crap for not being able to see. Loved the environment and truly enjoyed the customer service. The lady that helped me pick my frames and set me up was AMAZING. Give my girl Tara a raise. She went out of her way to help me find something I felt good in. <3

Today was my first time at this location. The staff was efficient and communicated clearly all the steps that needed to be taken. Staff also offered me a bottle of water, explained all the paperwork, and were overall kind and helpful. Dr. Duran was wonderful. He was extremely thorough and made sure I was fully satisfied with my new prescription before I left. He took his time to explain everything to me, and even gave me a little science lesson to help explain what is going on with my eyes. I appreciated his kind demeanor and felt that I received excellent care. Would definitely recommend Dr. Duran and staff!

I came here for the first time to get my eyes checked out. I have never worn glasses & can’t remember the last time I had an eye exam but making an appointment was painless. I came & had all the testing done & then saw the Doctor & found my suspicions were true… I need glasses! I paid extra to have some additional scans done & they referred me to an Ophthalmologist for an issue with my optic nerve. Tara is super sweet & picked me out a cute pair. The glasses finally came in a week later & I picked them. Over all great experience.

I had forgotten my wallet but they were patient with me and we were able to find other ways of confirming my identity. They weren’t pushy with any extra exams. Everyone I interacted with was very nice and gentle. The overall appointment was quick. The fun part is always picking out the new frames and Tara was really nice and funny. She’s get straight to the point but it didn’t feel rushed. She helped me pick out nice frames and was super clear about the extra charge for insurance or added things to the lenses. Overall great experience.

Amazing Service from the moment I walked in, so thankful for Deyani and Dr Duran. Making a huge impact in correcting my vision, I was offered many options. Wonderful staff!
