I had a very disappointing experience at Pearle Vision. When I asked about pricing, the young blonde woman working there was extremely rude, dismissive, and came across with a very arrogant attitude. Instead of simply answering my questions professionally, I felt like I was being laughed at, mocked, and treated poorly. As a customer, I should be able to ask basic pricing questions without feeling disrespected. What made the situation even worse was that I felt accused of making false claims when I was only trying to understand the cost and get help. I actually would have still purchased the contacts if the customer service had been respectful, but the rudeness and attitude completely turned me away. When someone works in a customer-facing business, especially one that has been around for so long, they should know how to treat people with kindness, patience, and professionalism. I honestly wish I had read the reviews before coming here. After my experience, I can understand why there are so many one-star reviews. The lack of respect, poor attitude, and unprofessional behavior made this a place I would not recommend. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy, especially when they are simply asking questions before making a purchase.

Such a great place! The staff are so kind and genuinely wanted to help me out. The doctor is amazing as well, such great bedside manner. It is always a pleasure to visit when I come to get my eye exams.

Was recently recommended to try this Pearle Vision and had an amazing experience! What a pleasure! The staff was very respectful and kind to me and my daughter. They helped me select the right frame within my price limit of my UFT stipend. They had a lot of patience when my daughter was picking out her glasses. From start to finish we had a great time and will definitely be going back for more frames and eye exams. I would highly recommend them!

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by a team that is not only professional but genuinely friendly and welcoming. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, whether it’s helping you pick out the perfect frames or explaining your options clearly and patiently. I never feel rushed or overlooked. They worked with me to get a great deal using my insurance on designer frames. I get compliments all the time and refer everyone there. The doctor is absolutely sweet, patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind, he takes the time to make sure you understand your eye health. It’s rare to find a place that maintains such a high level of service year after year, but Pearle Vision in Hauppauge does just that. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my eye care needs!

I visited Pearl Vision on May 2nd at 4:30 PM after confirming they could help with my contact needs. Despite explaining everything on the phone, I was met with rude and dismissive behavior. Three women were present an older lady with glasses at the front desk, a younger woman, and blonde optometrist which was the most rudest. I felt mocked when I questioned pricing and my other needs, as if my concerns were a joke. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve respect, and I will absolutely take my business elsewhere. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism.

i went to pearle vision in hauppauge and from the moment i walked in the door the staff greeted me and were extremely courteous and helpful. i have been wearing glasses for over 15 years, my experience was nothing less than exceptional. they explained everything in full detail of what i was getting and what it was going to be costing me. i would definitely recommend them!
