This store was great. Lab on premises, so they were able to remake an emergency pair of glasses from just a set of lenses. Andrew and the staff here were very welcoming and pleasant. The cost and wait time were beyond my expectations. Would have never expected to be walking out with a new pair of glasses in less than an hour and at such a fair cost. So glad I visited this store. Would certainly recommend for regular visits and emergency repairs.

I had the best experience at this location. Many years ago they fixed my vintage Christian Dior Sunglasses. I lost my 26 year old prescription Gucci glasses yesterday unfortunately but I decided to return here to get my new glasses! I had the best experience ever! Thank you for being so amazing, kind and helpful! I love my new Versace prescription glasses! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The doctor was amazing. So nice, funny, and he was educating me about what he was doing during the process. All the other stuff was so helpful and friendly as well. Kimberly the receptionist was amazing at the pick up appointment! Great experience overall.

My dog had chewed my glasses and bite up my Lens. I called around and Noone was able to get my glasses same day. I called pearle and Joe answered the phone. Said I could come in and get new glasses for under 100 bucks and have them same day in 15 minutes. I was in and out under 30 and have great new glasses when noone was able to get me same day. Wish I could leave a 10 star review.

I had a great experience at this location. Staff welcomed me as I came in the store. They were informative, professional and attentive throughout the whole process. I selected two frames at my own pace (they have a GREAT selection; I must have tried on 50 frames). The optometrist is excellent and made lenses for me that greatly improved my eyesight. I would highly recommend them.

This place is seriously awesome for eye exams. The doctors and staff are great — especially Lisa and Joe. They were so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful through the whole process. They made everything easy and comfortable. I actually love coming here!

I walked into this Pearl Vision with questions and a big “I’ve never worn glasses, send help” kinda look. The folks here are great, Andrew helped me more than he will ever know. They’re all super friendly and I couldn’t be more grateful for the help.

Everyone, from the front desk to the doctor, was very helpful. They were very knowledgeable not only on their products but also the insurance coverages. Everything was explained in detail. An excellent experience overall. Would recommend the West Babylon, NY store.
