Everyone was crazy nice! The man who checked us in was great! He was also who helped me pick the glsseses i got! The nurse snd doctor were fantastic and super helpful! It was super easy to schedule online as well! Overall a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Had an awesome experience at the beavercreek Pearle Vision. It was my first time going there so I didn’t know what to expect but they knocked it out of the park. Dr rudolf was very professional and personable. And the tech caitlyn was beyond helpful, offering suggestions and answering any question i had. Hands down the best eyewear experience I’ve had in my 20 years of wearing glasses!

Love the Dr. She is so sweet. She didn't rush through my sons appointment. She answered all the questions I had. She spoke in words to where I could understand them. The employees there was also great. Real friendly.

Always satisfied with my annual eye exam here. Today, one arm came loose on my glasses, so I stopped in, expecting to buy new frames. Instead, the young woman at the front desk, grabbed a repair kit and fixed the frames on the spot! No problem, no charge. Why would I go anywhere else for vision care?

I cannot say enough amazing things about Pearle Vision in Beavercreek. From the moment we walked in, the entire experience was filled with patience, encouragement, and genuine care. My daughter is nine years old, so you can imagine the level of patience it takes to guide her through something like getting contacts, and this team exceeded every expectation. This was only our second or third visit, and every single time we have felt this same level of care, which says everything. My daughter decided she wanted contacts, and what could have been an overwhelming experience turned into something truly empowering because of this team. Dr. Kathleen Rudolf was phenomenal. She was so patient, kind, and encouraging, and you can truly feel how much she cares about her patients. She never rushed us and made sure my daughter felt comfortable every step of the way. Caitlyne worked closely with my daughter through the entire contact process, and I am beyond grateful for her. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and encouraging. Even during the tough moments, she continued to lift my daughter up and remind her she could do it. And Tyler, even from behind the scenes, took the time to speak life into my daughter. He shared stories, encouraged her, and reminded her how capable she is. That meant more than I can put into words. What stood out the most is that not once did anyone make her feel pressured. They made sure she knew this was her choice and that it was okay if she was not ready. That kind of environment is rare. We have been to many eye doctors before, and I have never felt this level of care, patience, and love in one place. They didn’t just help my daughter get contacts, they built her confidence. Truly grateful for this team and highly recommend them to anyone, especially parents with children who may feel nervous or unsure.

I went to see Dr. Kathleen Rudolf for a routine eye exam at Pearle Vision. As usual she was pleasant, kind, and paid attention to all the details concerning my eyes. When she noticed something unusual, she acted quickly to make sure I got the information and the special care that I needed. I am so thankful for all that Dr. Rudolph has done over the years to help me see great and keep my eyes healthy!

The doctor in the staff were great however the prices are absolutely horrible and I think it's crazy that you guys are in cahoots with my insurance liberty. It's crazy anyhow thank you though. I appreciate you guys. I know you guys don't make the prices.

It begins with Caitlin up front getting me signed in she was friendly and professional,then Dr.Rudolf was very nice with explaining my exam and making sure I was informed about the process she was doing, To Tyler who made sure I had the right frames and could purchase them with out any issues. I will recommend them for sure.

Such a wonderful experience! It began with a young lady quickly and efficiently giving me the screening tests. Dr. Rudolf was so friendly and kind. She listened to my concerns, explaining the results of the test performed and answered all my questions. She took her time, so important! The prescription glasses I'd been wearing for 3 years were TOO strong!!! How does that even happen? Im so thankful I found Dr. Rudolf!! To finish my appointment, a very stylish, young man helped me select my frames. He led me to what my insurance would cover. I felt at ease as he patiently and honestly looked at each frame I tried on, helping me to select the frames that gave me the best look. It was so easy and pleasant. I can not wait for my new, (with the correct prescription) glasses to arrive I look forward to another visit with Dr. Rudolf at Pearle Vision in Beavercreek!
