I really appreciated the professionalism and how courteous the staff was here. Jackie who handled the pre testing was not only thorough and pleasant but explained exactly why each of the tests -DRI, AR, IOP, VAs Motility , pupils, VF, and cover tests were required. Jacob in sales made certain that I was entirely satisfied with my choice of frames, took his time, and offered me all the options. Everything was clean and the appearance was inviting. The technology seems cutting edge and the tech who checked me in was very helpful and thorough, making sure I understood what she was doing. Dr Claborn was extremely helpful too. Turns out that I have both horizontal and vertical prisms in my vision. I would highly recommend this Pearle Vision with Dr Claborn to anyone seeking a professional and efficiently running optometrists. This is the 3rd optometrist's I have tried since moving here 5 years ago. I am not picky, the first one retired, the second one rushed me through my appointment and I didn't feel heard. This one was just right.

And shoutout to Amber and Bell, the techs who make the whole experience fun from start to finish! They’re so friendly, helpful, and great at helping us pick out the perfect glasses. My whole family goes here, and even my kids actually look forward to their appointments (which says a lot)! It’s like visiting friends who also happen to take great care of your eyes. We’re always laughing and having a good time — they make what could be a boring chore something we genuinely enjoy. I came in for an eye exam and to get contacts, and the whole process was seamless, quick, and easy. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Heather assisted me at checkout she was patient, informative, and very kind. The doctor was also amazing and took the time to explain everything clearly. I highly recommend this place for all your eye care needs!

My husband and I had our initial eye exam at Pearle Vision today. The entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the appointments went so smoothly! We will definitely be going back there and would highly recommend them to all of our friends and family!

Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Appointment was easy to make and didn't have to wait when arrived. Glasses arrived quickly and they are very helpful with any adjustments that need to be made.
